Great guys. Extremely quick turnover for my order. Prices seem very reasonable for the amount of hours and effort it takes to do this. Communication could be slightly better but still great non the less.

Hi,
We are extremely sorry to hear that you got shadowban on your account and I have checked the details and it found out the shadowban was after the service was complete not during it and upon further investigation we found out that it was because of IP detection and it was a 7 days matchmaking limitation that should be lifted once 7 days are completed.
Again, we are really sorry that you had this experience with us, we are looking forward to provide you the best services possible in your next purchase and even with a free super priority.
Best,

Don't trust these guys
Scam. Made order Thursday. They keep telling you "In a few hours" and eventually stop responding. Come Saturday I ask for a refund, complete silence. Now its Sunday and no refund. I warned buyers of the scam. They deleted my msg and said I was complaining, then I got insta kiked from the discord. They reply to me with "are you high" "what's your problem".

Hi,
We are really sorry that you had a bad experience with us - We totally accept our mistake that we could not process your order and it took time to get it started and you asked for refund. We refunded you even before you posted review and about deleting you from Discord - you are still added with us however we just removed you from our server where all of our clients are - You were spamming messages there.
Here is the attached screenshot of proof that you are still added with us along with the refunded recipt.

Again, we are really sorry because your order was a custom order and we barely get any order like this, still its our mistake and we 100% accept it.
We can definitely compensate you and give you a small amount of boost for free - Reach me out at admin@immortalboost.com
