I’ve been really impressed with Impact Care (impactcare.org.uk) and would confidently give them 4 stars. The team is caring, reliable, and professional, always putting clients first. The carers are compassionate and attentive, making sure individuals feel supported and valued. Whether it's responding to requests, keeping loved ones comfortable in their homes, or maintaining clear communication, they’ve consistently delivered good service. It’s been a relief knowing they go the extra mile to meet needs. Thank you to the team for making such a positive difference!

The carer is exceptional, however the management itself are not. They have repeatedly lied to me about the availability of my mothers carer because they sent her to another package. I am able to prove this. My mother has specific dietary needs and they are prepared to risk her health to make more profit!.

before Impact I never had enough carers and was always left alone without help since I am bedridden and have ms but that's all gone now, thankyou so much.
yes I would recommend Impact 100%.

Impact Care took over the care of my Mother-In-law with a live in carer back in June.
After a tricky start we are now settled with Clocida looking after her,she is great !
We don't have to worry about anything and are able to live as a family again instead of being carers.
I would definitely recommend this company for live in care.

impact cares was in Ishpeming Michigan in July, I did a little volunteering with them in our community, what a nice bunch of people! very helpful, very professional. what they do is a very amazing and wonderful thing.

Best live in Carers
We have been using Impact Care for live in care for my Father since December last year,every carer we have had has been great, it has allowed us not to admit him into a care/nursing home. He has been able to stay in familiar surroundings with one on one care. Impact Care are always on the end of the phone if you need anything and will accommodate your requests where possible. All the carers have treated my dad with respect and have all learned his favourite songs, they keep him clean, fed and the house is spotless. I recommend them without any reservations
