Very rude staff I do not recommend these guys at all!

Purchased a Rolex Day Date from Imperial Time, perfect transaction, will be buying from them again in the future.

Imperial sold the watch that I originally wanted which I did not blame him for as they are really busy, then I received a call the very next day stating they had an even better watch for me which I agreed to purchase.
The service from start to finish was amazing from comms to progress reports, and the personal touch provided by Imperial.
Imperial Time now has a customer for life!

Really nice guys. Took my watch in for a quote on a complicated repair and they gave me a good quote but I decided against repair at this time. They responded to emails nice and promptly. Only thing to improve would be that I told them what time I could come to pick up my watch (my lunch break), and when I arrived within that time, the watch wasn't there and I had to wait for them to go and get it. Not a huge deal.
