The understanding of a patients fears
I am aware of how complicated the work i need doing is which made me even more afraid of the procedure, so I rang to get more details about it. The lady I spoke to explained it thoroughly but it was the way she spoke to me in a calming manner and the way she made me laugh with her sharp sense of humour that made all the difference it put me at ease more than anything I can't thank her enough i wish I new her name so i could thank her personally. Needles to say I'm not afraid any more about the procedure thanks to her .

Made me feel at ease staff were great don't judge you explained everything in simple terms so have agreed to surgery which will hopefully make me smile again its one of the biggest decisions I've made in my life and will be paying back family members for years who have loaned me the money to pay for surgery hopefully I've made the right decision by going with this company

Avoid this dentist
Avoid this dentist, I've spent over £4500 and have a top set of dentures that are ok but not great but I also have a bottom set that aren't fit for purpose. They dig in my mouth, don't sit correctly and I'm unable to wear them. I've been in contact with them(denturly in Liverpool) znd been advised they no longer do dentures and have moved over to implants. They offered to refer me to another dentist for them to correct the issue but obviously at cost to myself. This is ridiculous, I paid for a service and that wasn't correctly provided so I should be refunded but I'm told I'll have to go down the legal route to get my money back.

Thank you for your feedback and I’m sorry to hear that you are currently experiencing discomfort with your denture provided last year.
Following your treatment, we provided a replacement denture in September and carried out a further review and adjustment in October, at which point our clinical notes confirm that the fit and comfort were improved and you were happy with the outcome at that time.
As with all removable dentures, changes in the mouth over time (rather than the denture itself) can affect how they feel and fit, and further adjustments or reviews are sometimes required. We did offer to refer you to a local clinic to assist you further, however this was not something you wished to proceed with.
It is for this reason that we have since moved away from removable denture treatments and are focused fully on full-arch implant solutions, which provide a fixed, more predictable and clinically stable long-term outcome for patients.
We would like to reassure you that we have acted in line with our clinical process and remain open to helping where possible. If you would like us to revisit this with you, please feel free to contact the team directly.

I arranged an appointment after viewing the advert online because my teeth required urgent action. From the initial phone conversation I was seen within 2 days.
After the initial examination I decided to go with full mouth implants and the surgery was completed September 2025.
This was a painless operation and I left with full mouth implants. They fitted temporary teeth to assist the healing process. After 12 weeks I had a check up and in early February 2026 I had my permanent teeth fitted.
From the surgeon to the practice staff my experience was that of a first class service.
This has been an amazing experience for me and has totally changed my life and confidence.
