Very professional business
Have been ordering from importo since 2023 and I still am very satisfied. The product quality is great and even though there is an item every now or then that doesn’t meet the mark, they are always happy to provide a refund or a future discount. The service and business presentation is very professional which I feel is important for customer trust especially in South Africa where there are a few businesses in the same industry which are risky to buy from. Delivery service is great and you are fed with constant updates of the whereabouts of your package.
