I have a client whose domain was stolen. The DNS is now with Impreza. I've provided proof of the illegal activity to them and they are refusing to help. Why is this a "secure" option? Secure for hackers?

I used Impreza for hosting my Matrix server, that should have 99%+ uptime. Server was down four times in a month for a long time, and it is down now. No response and no actions from Impreza support, and definitely no compensation. Very bad.

I have over 30 clients in the service resale system for more than 7 years, and everything works well. They have always resolved any issues promptly. I highly recommend it!

I was out of city and couldn't pay Impreza on time, Impreza suspend my server and before 7 days they deleted my data also. They don't have my backup or anything, non-professional policies.

TOTAL SCAMMERS. Told me my site content was ok, then after 2 months, allowed me to purchase the domain and hosting, then suspended the domain and hosting.

Before purchasing a domain and hosting with impreza, I emailed them, and wanted to make sure my website worked with their TOS. Even though their TOS didn't mention a restriction on my content, I have had probs with registrars before, and didn't want to assume.

They assured me that they allowed my sites content, and even went on to help me pick out the best type of hosting for my site, with the type of content in mind.

My site was up for maybe 2 weeks, then it went down, I just thought there was some weird outage or something, I emailed them, no response. 2 days later, sent another email, still no response, but later that day I received an email that explained my domain was suspended, and my hosting was no longer available to me due to me violating their TOS.

Scammers they will add there own ads to YOUR OWN site imagine doing that they are short term thinkers and just lost a customer they cannot be trusted if they have no morals to do this they can do things like putting there own payment proccessor on YOUR SITE too they can fill it with ads AND MUCH MORE they do not care if you want to make money STAY AWAY if you are happy with them keeping 90 percent of your revenue by all means proceed

edit: there reply is even worse my account is clearly on there data base they put this generic crap for other reviewers as well as a way to make it look like the review is not valid i can take imperza to court for what they did and we can file a lawsuit i do not think they realise lying there way out will not help them i have proof they have edited my site and added ads to it i legit have proof of this of THERE team doing this if you are dumb enough to trust there words you deserve to be scammed for being so stupid.

These guys are in a league of their own when it comes to customer service. I have bothered them far too many times with tiny issues I have, and they always respond quickly and are happy to help me.

Problems are almost always solved immediately with little back and forth required. If the problem is more complex, they are quick to gather the necessary information and find a fix.

They always respond very quickly no matter what. The longest I have waited was maybe 6 hours, but I usually get a response within an hour. They work hard and efficiently.

Best customer support team for any online service I have ever used hands down.
