Urgent rush order

I needed some rush replacement sheets for name badges. I spoke to Nerry on the phone with my request and within 15 minutes, she confirmed the order would be shipped for receipt monday morning. Truly exceptional customer service!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Maria Bonfirm. I actually had to call in twice as I was having some difficulties but she was AMAZING. She even went out of her way to contact me back after she received confirmation. It was complicated and troublesome but she made the experience for me easy. I just wanted to express how grateful I am and make sure that she receives recognition on the excellent service. She really followed through. Thank you again.

Mostly happy

Overall, I was happy.
I made a mistake in my order and was able to cancel it immediately, but I had to call back to get the credit refunded back to my card.

Their tracking program needs work. When I clicked on the link it tracked an order from 6 months earlier that ended up halfway around the world from where I work, rather than tracking the order I had placed a few days earlier.

The staff they employ to help you in person are very friendly and helpful.

Every time I try to order nametags from Imprint Plus, it's like communicating via carrier pigeon to the other side of the world through muddy waters. Nothing I have tried is efficient. The online corporate portal continuously gave me an error message while trying to check out, although the cause of the error message was not clear. I attempted to submit a PO via my property's ordering system, then reached out to the Imprint Plus contact to confirm the order. I waited 16 DAYS before finally having to send a follow-up email that was along the lines of "...hello?". They finally decided to respond and pass me on to another company representative. At this point, we are completely out of nametags because it has taken over 6 weeks just to confirm the order. They waived the shipping fee "for my inconvenience" but it would honestly be easier to go collect rocks from the river and forge your own nametags instead of ordering for this ridiculous excuse of an ordering system.

Poor Customer Service Again

I encountered the same issue as before. On November 21, 2023, I posted a review about how my order was only processed after multiple inquiries and a phone call. Once again, I had to email to check if my order was processed, only to be told that they didn’t receive it due to a “system error.”
