Conflicted. Ordered 6 items, one mascara which was great, and 5 identical eyebrow peel off tints, a product I've used multiple times before without fault. As the mascara, which i used immediately, was great quality, i trusted the tints would be fine too. However, ir has left a green-blue hint and so is useless. I tried 2 of the 5 just ti make sure it wasn't just one dud, both had the same affect. I emailed the company directly yesterday but got a notification email stating it had not been delivered and the email wasn't active. So I am torn, as I received tge items quickly, one was fine, yet the rest that I should be able to get a refund for due to quality issues now seems impossible. Buyer be wary.

What gives them the right to take peoples money then not sending the goods? Then refusing to reply to numerous emails. Who do I report them to, trading standards or the police?

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Absolutely atrocious! Never experienced the like. Shocking, first time buyer and have found their policies questionable and their customer care NIL! I politely contacted them with a genuine return request, they denied it even though I was well within the 30 day limit. Both persons I spoke to didn't listen to me properly, they just talked over me very fast and with very poor manners and just kept repeating the same thing. They made it quite clear they weren't bothered about my experience of their very confusing return policy AT ALL or whether I remained a customer. There is only 1 accessible email address, and only 1 phone line (from the 2 advertised on their site) seems to work. I couldn't speak to management, only 2 people seem to work there. VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND AS IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR PURCHASE THEY WILL NOT CARE, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT ARE THEIR VERY STRICT AND UNCLEAR RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES, WHICH ARE VERY BADLY WRITTEN BTW. TOTAL LACK OF EMPATHY OR CUSTOMER CARE KNOWLEDGE. BEST BUY YOUR BEAUTY PRODUCTS SOMEWHERE LARGER MORE RESPECTABLE, WITH A PROPER CUSTOMER CARE TEAM THAT ACTUALLY WANTS TO HELP AND WANTS THEIR CUSTOMERS TO RETURN. HAVE PLACED A COMPLAINT AND MY EMAIL JUST BOUNCES BACK. Extremely upset as they both kept arguing with me, what a waste of money, time and stress 😩 BUY SOMEWHERE BETTER KNOWN AND WITH YEARS OF COMMERCIAL STANDING. I'VE NO IDEA WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE, THEY REFUSED TO PUT ME THROUGH TO MANAGEMENT OR A FORMAL COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT. VERY STRESSFUL, SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN.

ordered 3 eucerin cream, neevr recieved, contacted thenm but email came back saying unknown. A frauudlent company who stole my money and did nto send the goods, have made a report to action fraud so they can be investigated.

I don't think this is a real company. Placed order on 27th August. Website say next day dispatch. Nothing received by 5th Sept. My email to them bounced. I was on hold three times for 25 minutes. Left message for them to call - nothing. I can only deduce that I've been scammed. Item was significantly cheaper than other places so as the saying goes, if it feels too good to be true, it probably is!

haven’t received any tracking confirmation after being told i would receive when my order is out for delivery. there is no way to make an account on the website to even check if you’ve placed your order or what’s happening to it.
