I recently discovered in2detailing through watching a couple of online detailers so I decided to check out the website rather than head to my local motoring store for their ‘big name’ products. Truly comprehensive product range - basically if they don’t stock it, you don’t need it. I can’t fault the products I’ve tried so far. Delivery is swift too - packages well wrapped/secure and well priced. Thoroughly recommended

Super fast service. And an amazing product. I have used 100's of different waxes and ceramic polish over the years. Nothing is as easy and gives the same results as, In2detailing ceramic crystal wax.

I purchased a product from In2Detailing via the TikTok Shop, but unfortunately, the item never arrived. Although Royal Mail marked it as delivered, I’ve checked with neighbours and around my property, and it’s definitely missing.

I contacted TikTok, who advised me to get in touch with In2Detailing directly. However, when I reached out to them, I was met with indifference. I’ve sent several emails explaining the situation in detail, but their responses have been unhelpful—just directing me back to TikTok. A representative named Imran responded, but showed no willingness to resolve the issue or even investigate further.

As someone who works in the customer service industry myself, I found the lack of empathy and support quite disappointing. It’s a shame because In2Detailing has a great website, competitive pricing, and a promising product range. Unfortunately, poor customer service has completely overshadowed the experience for me.

I popped in to see Imran at In2detailing about 2 weeks ago (April 2025) as I was passing rather than by via the website. There are loads of websites selling car care - detailing products. I ended up buying a number of products based on Imran recommendation. He kindly spent a lot of his time explaining the pros and cons of various products, then had a look at my car and recommended some key products. Just wanted to pass on my sincere thanks to him for his advice, also the products which are superb. Far super to ones I have purchased from other sites. He was 100% right, the polishing compound MC3000 was perfect for removing the light marks - swirls. The Korean microfibres, I’ve never used anything like them amazing for final polishing too… Will be placing another order this week, will defiantly pop in next time I’m passing Dundee.. I had not used this company previously and had some technical questions about some of their products. I was treated politely, with all of my questions answered. I ordered some products and they arrived very well-packed the next day.

I was unable to get my pressure washer to work correctly. I telephoned on several occasions and was spoken to courteously. The staff member made great efforts to resolve my issues with using my pressure washer, which I had purchased elsewhere, including talking to the manufacturing company on my behalf.

Unable to resolve my issues, I was asked for images to help solve the problems. The manufacturer contacted me via their own internal customer services department and resolved the issue.

All of the time during this difficulty with attempting to solve my issues, In2detailing supported me and guided me where necessary. They have also requested that a part I could easily make use of (but is not made for my machine) be made up as a prototype.

I can thoroughly recommend In2detailing as a great company. The goods are of fantastic quality and the support for their customers is 2nd to none. Great job guys!

Nice bit of kit and very well made. I made up some BH auto foam in mine and it generated enough snow foam for two coatings on the car, worked beautifully

Ordered a few times with In2detailing now and they’ve always been excellent. Usually always have what I need in stock and the delivery is fast. Quickly become my go to place for anything car detail related. Highly recommend giving them a go if you need detailing products at a fair price.

I have used In2detailing quite a few times now. The price is always good, the delivery is always fast and the after sales service is excellent as well. I’ve only ever had one issue with a product I bought but the issue was sorted out promptly, I highly recommend them for all your detailing needs.

Excellent tyre dressing applicator. Great fit in the hand and against the tyre face. Foam takes a little to saturate but the best applicator for me.

I’ve had plenty of orders and no issues. My last order had a 5l Bilt Hamber touchless leak a third of the contents into the box. No other item was damaged. I supplied images via email. I’ve phoned and left messages and asked for a call back. I’ve used the webnote system and emailed sales. No contact back. Over 3 weeks trying to get them to even talk to me. Great site until something goes wrong, then silence. Will take my business elsewhere.
