Cheap fabrics and bad sizing ZERO STARS
Rating needs to be zero! Absolutely the worst experience...fabrics are cheap and lengths are not symmetrical and returns are next to impossible as ignore and don't respond to any messages.
They don't want to refund at any cost and their clothes aren't sized correctly

I have emailed the company for return information as the dress didn’t fit and they have denied my return because “ it’s my fault for getting the size wrong” I then emailed them about how appalling this was and I have had no response! I will keep emailing the company until they process my refund.

Material is very very cheap, stitching is beyond horrible. Customer service is non-existent. This company is defrauding the public. The clothes look nothing like what they advertise. What a cheap quality. You don’t get what you see. They have literally stick mirrors on the outfits that would hurt. Extremely very cheap materials used. You can’t even wear the outfits. Literally Money mocking business.

Paying taxes before brexit order not complete
Inayah made me pay taxes before the brexit called DHL about this and they told me its there fault of putting already taxes on it. And the my order came guess what already worn kimono dress and then even without the belt. Called them about this and they told me i have to get it back by dhl and the belt wil be send. Wel a week and half later still no belt? I cant also send it back because than i have to pay even more than i already did. Horrible horrible! Aliexpress is more honest than Inayah

Perfect place for modest and timeless clothing
I would recommend anyone who is looking for modest/islamic clothing to shop here, I buy most of my clothes from Inayah and I have never been disappointed. The quality is top and you really get what you pay for. I can see they are starting to bring back pieces from their earlier collections and I absolutely love that because I felt that the current collection were missing casual wear and more neutral colours (Very few white pieces), I hope they will continue to bring pieces from their earlier collections, I will definitely continue to buy from Inayah.
5 stars for bringing back old pieces.

I usually buy my Hijabs from them, and honestly I only wear them now, but unfortunately they rarely have Rayon Hijabs lately, which makes me feel bad, especially for light colors (Off White, Pink, and White) , all people asked me from where I buy my Rayon Hijab, they are awesome!! wish ther bring the line back

I really dont know where do all these negative comments come from. I haven’t shopped with them for a while but most of the pieces I’ve got are excellent - even after few years. I don’t buy abayas anywhere else. Had various experiences with customer service and “no returns on sale items” policy always puts me off but generally these are pretty good things. I go nowhere else for fancy outfits.

The clothes at Inayah are lovely. But the sizing is awful. I initially brought a size small.. when it came it was absolutely huge. Then I returned it for a size XXS on advice of one of the ladies I spoke to at customer service...It was still HUGE except the arms were tighter! Really doesn't make any sense to me. Now I will have to send this back, losee out on shipping costs and return costs x 2. Its ridiculous, really unhappy about this. Their inability to size clothes incorrectly is definitely a manufacturing issue they have. I dress modestly myself so expect the clothes to be loose but not drowning in them at a size XXS when I'm usually a UK 8 or 10!!!!

Delivery a joke
I have always loved the brand but their delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. I was meant to revive my delivery on Tuesday within a 2 hour time slot. I made sure I was home and delivery was not attempted and no card was left in my mailbox. I then got an email the next day saying ‘thank you for rebooking your delivery to Thursday’ A complete joke as I did not rebook it!! So I adjusted my delivery instructions to instruct parcel to be left in safe place. I returned from work to find a card saying I can pick it up from a pharmacy that is only open until 12pm on Saturdays. I was away on business all day Friday. So I am sitting here a week after ordering with no order and reviving an email saying I had changed delivery. Complete joke! What was the shipping and postage cost for? I love the brand but I do not accept such poor customer service from any company. Now I have to go buy another outfit for a work function first thing Monday morning. Highly disappointed and will think twice before ordering again....

They are sooooooooo slow at releasing new stuff, probably like once every few months they’ll release a new collection and it’d be a small one. They usually release expensive dresses while their abaya section stays small and limited in styles. I have no idea why do they do this. They rarely restock an item, and when they do, they only restock a few sizes. They don’t sell rayon blend hijabs anymore, only chiffon and crepe which are low quality fabrics that are difficult to work with. I’ve completely lost interest in this brand.

Good shipping and new pricing model. Styling = poor.
Happy with:
1) Fast shipping.
2) In recent months their customer service has improved; I have called up a few times to ask questions before ordering and have had no issues finding someone to speak to.
3) I also prefer their new pricing model. They have made everyday clothing cheaper; hijabs are now £5+ rather than £15+ and abayas/dresses £20-40 rather than £50-60. There have also been a lot of sales and discount codes recently.
Negatives:
4) I think the style of their recent collections has gone downhill a bit, although there are still some lovely pieces. They just don't seem to go well together, as seen in their very poorly styled social media pictures. The range is also very small at the moment, but they seem to be adding to it slowly.
5) On a lot of product pages there is no mention of what material the item is made of!

I ordered from Inayah a few weeks ago. I paid extra for express shipping because I really needed the dress for that weekend. I thought I would get the dress in time but instead I ended up getting it a few days later. This sucked because I really needed the dress for an event that I was going to, but because the dress came late, I could make no use of it. I paid about 160 USD for the dress, 15 USD for extra shipping, and I had ended up purchasing a hijab too. I was seriously disappointed when I received the dress late and trying to reach INAYAH from the United States was impossible. This was even more disappointing. I emailed back and forth but of course email is not the same as being able to speak to someone over the phone. What bums me out the most is that the dress was beautiful, it is a bit too big for me. But I was amazed at the high quality of the dress and the attention to detail. The dress was definitely worth the 160, but it was not worth the frustration of not getting it on time and having to deal with not being able to reach INAYAH. With such wonderful quality clothing I highly recommend INAYAH making their customer service more accessible to international consumers. I am returning the dress today via my local post office and I hope that my refund comes back in full. Originally I had tried to return it using UPS, and they said that I would have to pay 100 USD to ship it back. I was outraged, so I ended up emailing INAYAH again. Once again, it was difficult to convey the things I was trying to convey over email. Shortly after I found out I could return the dress for free via the postal office, thank God. I hope the return process goes smoothly.
In conclusion, INAYAH if you're reading this. I think your clothes are beautiful. The quality of the dress I received was impeccable. But not being able to reach you guys and having to go back and forth to figure out how I was going to return this dress and get my money back was not fun. I really hope you can make customer service more accessible to your international customers. If you did, you would probably have me as a customer for life. But for now, I will not be shopping with you anymore, as this first experience was not positive. This is sad considering that I would love to purchase many of your items. But I refrain right now. With such good quality clothes, you should be able to make your customer service number accessible to international customers, who may have questions that they cannot quite explain through email. Thank you.
