In every survey site that I've been on, this is by far 1 of the Worst because they have an age limit.

When I went to sign up, it asked for my birthday. And the "highest," year they had was 1992 meaning you have to at least be 25 years old or older to access and/or participate on this site. Anyone younger than 25 is not allowed to participate in surveys for this site unless they lie about their age, but I don't like lying about my age. In my time-frame, you have to at least be 25 or older.

In my opinion, I understand about those younger than 20, but what about those who are 20 and older? Are their surveys really that limited where anyone younger than 25 won't qualify? 1.) I'd give a somewhat "better" review if I could actually get/gain experience in using and/or testing this site out and 2.) If there wasn't such a strict age limit. Those who are 20+ should be allowed to take surveys on this site. I literally am 23 and am going to be 24 in March, so there shouldn't necessarily be an age limit.

When i first signed up it said the minimum amount to be able to cash out was 30.00 I finally reached that amont but now it says I have to have 50.00 to cas out. Would NOT recomend.

Its crap. They never let u collect the expensive ones. Its a waste. And im at 795 and u cant cash out and u have to put ur phone number on everything and they bloooowww up your phone with crap. Waste. And even though youre logged in they make you log in to contact them and it never accepts your id and password. Always says incorrect. So u cant contact them.

It's a scam!!! Met a bunch of their requirements for the minimum payout of $50 to see if they would payout and of course, no payout. It's been OVER 2 months now. Tried getting a hold of their support page and it just goes in circles. Seems the only way to contact them is via snail mail.

I am stuck at $30.50 for the past few weeks. It does not allow me to file a complaint. Keeps saying my password is wrong then gives me the same exact one. I would like everyone to be advised that this website is a scam. I did it as a joke -- like how hard is it to click emails. Well, it has now wasted my time and as I can see from other reviews it has done the same for others. What can we do about this company?

I have been stuck at 47.50 for like a month I don't get paid for reading the emails that they send.and I can't submit a damn ticket because every time I try to sign in to complete the ticket it says I entered the wrong email and password, like I don't know my own info.

I have not been getting credited for a month on the PAID emails i have been reading and they are ignoring my emails to customer service.

I joined Inboxpays in September of this year and by the end of august to my surprise I never qualified for any of their surveys. I started just confirming the 3 cent conformation emails. I never even qualified for their afternoon round up either. I had gotten my account up to $40.61 as of Friday 11-18-2016. After I confirmed 6 emails Friday I noticed that my $40.61 never changed. I contacted their support-customer service and never received a response. They only pay out if you reach $50. I noticed today 11-21-16 I have been shut out of my account!

Please don't waste your time. Inboxpays! DOES NOT PAY! Gwendolyn Howell
