Everything was flawless and on time. Top notch guides, transportation, and hotels. Leila was excellent, knowledgeable & answered all my questions. Total professional. Highly recommend.

Most importantly, it was their communication. Eli was so helpful building our itinerary, but once we were in Peru, they were in constant contact, helping us adapt to changing plans and reconstructing our itinerary on the fly. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Everyone was very efficient and on time. The guides were excellent, well organized and informative as well as speaking superb English. The sights were exceptional.

Grecia Furentes of Inca Expert planned a wonderful trip to Peru for me, my husband, brother and sister-in-law March 8-17. She was informative, helpful and addressed all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. All travel (flights, cars, train) went smoothly. The hotels were first class except for Hotel Lago Titicaca. It was not Grecia's original choice. The hotel needs renovation and we told them so. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Amazing experience with Inca Expert! I travel a lot and this was my first time using a travel agency (because planning for Machu Picchu is difficult) and they exceeded expectations. From planning with Giselle to the multitude of drivers and tour guides -- everything was flawless. Hotels were great and transportation was luxurious!

Inca Tours arranged a three-day trip from Lima to Cusco and Machu Picchu as I had limited time. Everything—from the round-trip airfare to the hotel accommodations—exceeded my expectations. I was especially impressed with the Inca Tours staff; their attention to detail and follow-up were outstanding. Darcy and Jonathan went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend Inca Tours’ products and services—one of the best travel companies I’ve had the pleasure of working with.

Open communications with trip planner as well as support staff if I needed assistance, had question concerning itinerary or needed to delay a tour. Everyone was extremely accommodating, cordial and executed changes to itinerary immediately. They even coordinated retrieval and return of my husband’s cell phone left in Miraflores while we continued with our trip ~ cannot express how thankful we are for their team going above and beyond to make our entire trip amazing!!

Everything went very smooth. We always had a representative telling us where to go and that made it very easy.

My travel agent, Grecia, took my Easter Island wish list and built a wonderful itinerary. She made sure all my paperwork was in order for the trip and was a huge help in purchasing my park pass. From the beginning to the end all planning was seamless. My accommodations at Tahai Loft were a perfect base for the entire trip. I always said Easter Island was a "one and done trip". But I think I changed my mind on that statement! Thank You Grecia for a wonderful adventure.

We recently spent 5 days touring Peru with Inca Expert Travel. They arranged for all the hotels, transportation, and guides from Lima to Cusco to Machu Picchu, with many sights along the way. They provided detailed, comprehensive information before we left, and Urpi Herrera promptly addressed any questions I had before we began. I felt comfortable and safe during the trip, and their representatives and guides were informative, helpful and provided excellent personalized service. Guide Huber Huilca was especially knowledgeable and personable. I would use Inca Expert Travel again for my next trip to the region.

Grecia planned the perfect Easter Island trip. She took my to see/do list and planned an easy daily itinerary. The hotel Tahai Loft was a perfect base. It was around the corner from the sunset Moai's. I was able to walk every night and see a different viewing. The Tahai Loft was very spacious with included breakfast, pool, AC, and the best staff. Every team member was very helpful and patient. The tour company and tour guides were locals and very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel was in walking distance of a lot of shopping and activities. If not, the hotel helped me arrange a taxi. Grecia helped assist me with paperwork and getting the Rapa Nui park pass. All paperwork came timely pre trip and was very detailed.

We had someone with us mostly all the time which is what I wanted because we don’t speak the language or knew nothing about where we were going. Loved every one. So helpful

They organized all aspects of the trip and everything went without a hitch. They were always very responsive and selected great hotels throughout our stay. Totally recommend them.

Inca Expert Travel put together a fun, interesting itinerary based on my interests. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. It was super helpful having a representative to help me get to and from my excursions and transportation plus having a 24 hour customer support line if I had questions.

After a lot of research, comparisons of prices and reviews, we reached out to Inca Experts to handle our tours to Cuzco and Machu Picchu. Our expectations were exceeded during all phases of our trip: communication prior to and during the trip was excellent, the hotel choices were great, the transportation worked out perfectly (observation car on the train), and the guides couldn’t have been better.

Juan Carlos was extremely considerate and helpful with my plans. Even though I was in a difficult situation and it was hard for me to communicate, he stayed with me until late trying to find the best schedule for me. I truly appreciate his patience, dedication, and all the effort he put into helping me. Great customer service!

Flawless Planning. A big thank-you to Jennifer Bachman who tailored our private tour to suit our preferences & our time table. Any last minute changes due to flight delays or changes in a transfer location or time were easily handled by contacting the 24 hour customer service number. Responsive communications with 24/7 assistance available from arrival until departure. Transparent & fair pricing. All venues [with the exception of Novotel] and guides were exceptional. All guides were friendly, knowledgeable & spoke fluent English.
Stephanie was very helpful reviewing our itinerary with us when we arrived in Cusco. All drivers were professional and safely delivered us to each location. Our hotel in The Sacred Valley was stunning. Aranwa is a secluded hotel with immaculate grounds and over the top service. The restaurant had outstanding service, a nice menu and very good food. The hotel was not busy the night we stayed so we were upgraded to a lovely room overlooking the pond. We wish we would have booked to stay an extra night! Rafael and Raul were most helpful during our brief visit.
We very much enjoyed our day in the Sacred Valley with Fabricio Ortiz. Fabricio's love of Peru & his devotion to his work are evident the moment he greets you. Fabricio's knowledge and enthusiasm enabled us to envision the workers harvesting salt at the Maras Salt Mines, farmers planting on the terraces at Moray and the Incas walking the cobblestone streets of Ollantaytambo. His stories and historical facts brought the Sacred Valley to life for us.
The train to Aguas Calientes is an enjoyable experience and our guides made sure we knew what to expect on the train ride. An Inca Expert presentative greeted us on arrival. Rose was very personable. Rose walked us to our hotel and assured us that our guide would greet us at our hotel in the morning. Casa del Sol Boutique Hotel was charming. We enjoyed our Riverview room. The sound of the river rushing by lulled us to sleep after our day of touring and riding the train. Dinner was included which was very enjoyable; not a buffet, guests can order three courses from the menu. The dining area was cosy and the service friendly. Breakfast was a very nice buffet that included mimosas.
Our Inca Experts guide for Machu Picchu arrived promptly and gave us an overview before we started our adventure for the day. Peter Urquizo was every bit as wonderful as Fabricio. Peter took us on the bus and guided us through the amazing architectural wonder. Peter guided us away from the other tourists as he told us the history and the mythical stories about this very spiritual site. February is a slower month because it is rainy season; however, we were fortunate to have a beautiful sunny day. I am sure there were thousands of visitors; but Peter was able to make us feel like we were the only people visiting the site. Peter helped us get the best pictures at the most iconic locations & in addition to experiencing circuits 1 and 2 we were able to experience the highlights of circuit 3 because there were fewer guests than during the high season. I highly recommend a private tour with Peter. Peter had another tour for the afternoon but he made sure we were safely on the bus & he suggested restaurants for lunch. He also reviewed the information and time table for us to take the train from Aguas Calientes back to Cusco.
We were met by our driver at the train station and safely delivered to our hotel in Cusco. The Novotel Cusco is a very elegant Hotel in a good location in the city. Sadly, I cannot give Novotel high grades on service. The man at the reception desk said we did not have a reservation in a rather rude tone. I told him that I had a confirmation Number which I could provide. He pretty much ignored me and called someone on the phone. He simply said is that your itinerary and did not even look at the confirmation number - he just asked for our passports.
We had a basic but very comfortable room. Because it was late and we were tired, we decided to order room service. We called & placed our order & were told that our order would arrive in 20 minutes. We waited 45 minutes. When we called back, we were told that they did not have an order for our room. The lady who answered was very nice. She took our order & personally delivered it in 20 minutes to be sure it was correct. The included buffet breakfast was below average.
An Inca Expert driver picked us up from Novotel and took us to the airport for our return to Lima. In Lima we were met by a very pleasant & enthusiastic Inca Experts Representative, Richardson who shared helpful information about Lima and the Mira Flores area enroute to our hotel. He accompanied us to the hotel reception to ensure all was well: a great final impression. Inca Experts provided attentive service from the beginning to the end of our visit.

A wonderful trip planned for us to Santiago and Patagonia. Amazing itinerary, hotels, excursions and flights. A great company to work with!

Everything went off without a hitch! I had superb guides and a wonderful driver. The entire experience exceeded my high expectations!
