We are New Zealand's first 100% Organic certified coffee roastery. We source our coffee directly from high altitude, shade-grown organic coffee plantations, mostly from Peru. The result: a great coffee with a bush to cup integrity and quality assurance. Choose Organic certified coffee, for a better quality cup, a better environment, carbon reduction and better outcomes for local communities. Each coffee variety and origin is traditionally drum roasted to its ideal profile. We blend each type of coffee after roasting. We rest the coffee for at least a day to degas and package in high barrier film so that the coffee can degas and develop its flavour further, without staling due to moisture and air exposure.

Organic, fantastic taste, decaf coffee water-processed...IncaFe has everything covered for coffee enthisiasts
Superb organic coffee with amazing taste (we drink Fiesta).
I discovered IncaFe during my pregnancy as I was very determined to find a water-processed decaf coffee (e.g. a chemical-free method that uses hot water to extract caffeine from coffee brans). I reached out to them and they not only confirmed their decaf coffee is made this way but sent me the leaflets and overview of their processes.
Their subscription option is working well for us for the years. Easy to pause if we are away or do not drink that much coffee. Having the parcel with coffee bags at our door step is a highlight of each first day of the month :).
IncaFe team is generally fantastic and those few times we reached to them, they responded immediately and organized what was needed.
