We are New Zealand's first 100% Organic certified coffee roastery. We source our coffee directly from high altitude, shade-grown organic coffee plantations, mostly from Peru. The result: a great coffee with a bush to cup integrity and quality assurance. Choose Organic certified coffee, for a better quality cup, a better environment, carbon reduction and better outcomes for local communities. Each coffee variety and origin is traditionally drum roasted to its ideal profile. We blend each type of coffee after roasting. We rest the coffee for at least a day to degas and package in high barrier film so that the coffee can degas and develop its flavour further, without staling due to moisture and air exposure.

fast shipping
fast shipping, reasonable pricing and great enviro packaging. The beans are different to what I am used to as I normally buy Hummingbird Papua New Guinea by the kilo. I think the caffeine is not good for me so searching for decaf supplier. So will take this product and see if I can adjust to it as so far seems to tick all the boxes. Interested to find out how CO2 decaff differs from water extraction method.
