We are so happy to be using Indema and have been for over 2 years now. It is extremely user friendly, support (which is huge to us) is awesome, and fits our needs wonderfully! Also, the creator is immensely generous with all of the additional items that he offers and is open to listening to the needs of designers in all aspects which is an amazing and refreshing!! We are excited for the upcoming rollout of updates!

Timothy and the Indema Team are fantastic. I switched to Indema when managing my Excel sheets became too complex. After comparing various software options, I chose Indema for its simplicity and user-friendly interface. Indema regularly updates its features to meet industry standards, and I'm eager to keep using it and learning more from the team!!

Indema saved my design firm! We were struggling with all the data, information and project deliverables. When we discovered indema, we were even still lost, but after a full year of being on indema, all the ups and downs of managing the transition, we FINALLY saw the light and realized that in hindsight, indema actually saved us. Indema has so many features that I want and need as a designer, and the customization is also great. They are constantly adding to and developing it further with the direct input of designers as well. The customer service is top notch. I'm really happy I switched over!

Indema helps my stay organized and track the progress for all my decorating projects. The most helpful features for my business: designer invoicing, create POs, product clipper, and [client] product review--AND I'm still exploring all the features that they have to offer. The support that you get from Indema is hands down, the BEST! They listen to ideas/suggestions, are responsive to questions, and help walk you through something if you need help.

I have used other programs and found Indema to be a lot easy and less pricy.

A brilliant platform for all aspects of the interior design process as a professional. Occasionally there are bugs as it is so new, but Justin and the team are incredibly quick to solve any issues or answer any questions.

WOW!! Firstly, indema is going to be HUGE. Just in the short time I’ve used them, support is always amazing, new features added so quickly, the culture of the company is unmatched, the founder is always willing to help, and I can’t say enough amazing things. So happy we switched!

I have used Indema since the very start of my business. I use Indema to onboard clients, track projects, order product, manage product, create presentations, I could go on. I also use Indema to look at the health of my business from a profit and loss view. Being a small company I really rely on a project management software that can do everything I need and more. As I grow my skillset and grow my business I know Indema will grow with me.

Where should I start? From the top! When I first signed up for the platform I received an hour long demo that was . At the time I had only been a designer for a few months and not only did my tour guide thoroughly explain the software but gave me a long list of amazing resources and links that have helped speed along my learning journey immensely. Back to the platform, haha, ADHD!

1. Project management w/ milestone and task management is great. Templates make duplicating the project a snap.
2. Estimates, invoicing and accounting integrations
3. Social Media Management. This week I really started using it and it saved me SO much time (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest and I think more but I don’t use those)
4. Drip campaigns and auto responders!
5. Super clean software, easy on the eyes, designed for productivity!

My favorite part? How much the CEO cares. He leaves us little roadmap updates and seems like he is working his butt off bc the amount of new features this year is uncanny.
