Philip Steels called to me yesterday. I appreciate that he did a late evening call to facilitate me. It was a great experience. He was so professional and carried out a range of hearing tests. He explained everything and ensured I understood. He has a great way with people and puts one at ease. He explained all my options so I could choose what best suited me. Highly recommend 👌.

My first thoughts when the company representative came to my door was ''Strange them wearing scrubs for a house call'' (coming from a family with two district medical professionals in it who only at times of medical emergencies have I ever seen them wearing scrubs.) But now I realise the scrubs were only for appearance to make them look like they have a medical qualification rather than just a diploma in sales & marketing, but I went along with it and I was hooked by the charming and convincing sales talk from the sales women. About one week later she was back at my door in her scrubs with my €3500 hearings aids with the government grant of €500 per HA made I only had to pay €2500 of my own money. But they never really did what I purchased them to do which was to hear conversations in busy environments, so six months later after failed tele calls I had another company rep at my door this time without scrubs to look at my hearing aids and we came to the conclusion that my hearing aids wire to the dome in my ear was too short, which I told him was the reason as I was told that by an professional audiologist who suggested I speak to my provider, but the company rep couldn't actually extend the wire as he told me that it is not a removable one and is fixed in position and gave me new ear domes instead and that was that. My hearing aid domes constantly fall out of my ear canal and I'm constantly pushing them back in and I now never wear them and have purchased ones from Amazon that cost 125 euro and I wear them when I go to restaurants. Now I have to wait just under 4 years before I qualify for another state hearing aid grant so it was the most money I have ever spent on something totally useless.

Philip Steels came to see me to carry out a home test.
He was clearly knowledgeable about his role and technology used.
Equally as important was his manner and communication skills.
I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

Gary was very helpful explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions woukd highly recommended them.

Shockingly poor service, recommended this company to my 82 year old mother in April, regretting it now, had her first visit mid April, multiple visits and moulds taken, last ones left her ears sore and bleeding. Contacted them again, they came out and took moulds again and that was over a month ago, I rang to complain and they said they would get a manager to ring me back, that was over a week ago, and still no phone call.
Need a refund, nearly 5 months waiting, should have went to specsavers.

Albin was very helpful, clear and precise and cleared up any confusion we had regarding the hearing aids. Was very prompt and punctual also. Thank you Albin for your time. Very satisfied with the customer care.

Martina attended my home today for the first follow-up visit after my initial hearing aid fitting 2 weeks ago. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had been saving for her visit to my complete satisfaction. She was very painstaking and kept making adjustments to the settings through her laptop until I was happy with the result. She explained and demonstrated all the functions of the control app until she was sure that I could manage it. While doing all this Martina remained calm, professional and patient throughout. She was very generous with her time and was more focused on on sorting out all my issues than meeting any timeline. If I need any further home visits I will be asking for Martina to come if possible.

Albion was such a professional audiologist with amazing knowledge and a great communicator. Very professional and great at making the 90 year old client relaxed and at ease. Would highly recommend.

My husband found the whole experience very useful and Jessica Mouzet very knowledgeable and helpful, was not rushing but spent her time explaining everything in detail.

Gary was fantastic from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly patient with my mum, making her feel completely at ease throughout her hearing assessment. He explained everything clearly and organised her hearing aid fitting with great care and efficiency. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Martina was very friendly and give me great support by informing me all through our session about my new hearing aids.martina also done my test and explained everything step by step. I was never under pressure to purchase but everything was explained in a simple manner that helped me make the first step to helping my hearing . Thank you Martina

Albin was amazing and excellent at this job, so informative and reassuring. This service is wonderful, I can’t believe I went so long without knowing about it. Having excellent service come out to your home makes it so much easier.

I cannot rate this company high enough. Having seen an ad online offering a free 'in home' test' along with the option of free hearing aids (if you meet the age criteria etc), I was called by the company a short while later and an appointment was made.
The affable Jessica showed up and after some preliminary questions started the test which consisted of clicking a button as different frequency's were played in each side of a set of head phones.
After which she showed me a graph of the test response which turned out to be OK with slight frequency loss in one ear. Basically I don't currently need hearing aids. I sort of expected some manner of 'up selling' but was happy to be wrong. Jessica was most professional, mannerly and and as I say affable.

We had a guy called Albie out today to adjust my dad's hearing aids. I must say he was very good. He spotted the trouble straight away and fixed them very fast. He was very good at explaining how they work and which way was best for dad. He can now hear much better thanks to Albie's expertise. Thanks Albie.

My nanny received brilliant customer service and the best price around I would 100% recommend this company
