The staff from this company are caring and efficient. They are reliable and there exists a tremendous continuity of care. The management of the company continues to support its staff and its clients.
I am going to need ongoing care until I die, I would not wish for any other staff team to have that responsibility.

As someone who has firsthand knowledge, I wholeheartedly and categorically concur with Andrew Jackman and Faye Jones' assessments of IHS Plymouth. An absolutely terrible firm that is definitely a disgrace to the care industry!

Extremely poor experience with this so-called care company.
If you’re hoping for professionalism, compassion, or even basic communication, you won’t find it here! The carer assigned to our family member didn’t even have it in her to speak to her, and stayed for far less than the allocated time.

To add insult to injury, they claimed to have completed tasks that were never even attempted - just a simple egg on toast! Thankfully, we had cameras in place that confirmed exactly what happened (or rather, didn’t happen). It’s one thing to provide inadequate care, it’s another to outright lie about it.

Also worth mentioning: the glowing, five-star reviews you’ll see on this platform? Take them with a large pinch of salt. It’s painfully obvious many have been submitted by their own staff. Sadly, the reality behind closed doors tells a very different story.

Appalling service. No integrity, no accountability, and absolutely no care. Would not recommend to anyone who values the wellbeing of their loved ones.

Poor interaction with clients no encouragement. Extremely poor documentation, bad English from many staff, hard to make head or tail or information. Medication found on floor after staff visits.
Management deny any issues so get physical evidence as I did video and photos to prove how despicable and dishonest this company is to their clients.
ADVISE, DO NOT USE THIS SHOCKING BAD COMPANY.

Indiana is a place to be. My experience with this company has been a remarkable one. They offer the best training, quality care,promote equality and diversity, give their workers the opportunity to grow professionally and working together as one big family
