Stunning jewellery
I placed an order with Indian jewellery store for earrings and tikka set online. The quality of the set was to a very high standard, just as the owner had said when I contacted her. The service was amazing and set arrived within a few days. I will definitely be ordering from Indian Jewellery Store again.

Scam, scam, scam
I placed an order on 13 December 2020 with delivery being 0-4 working days. My order has not arrived and a refund has not been given. A number of emails have been sent and not one reply. Do not order from this company, it’s a scam.I will not hesitate to put this all over social media (great bit of marketing).

Scam company permanently closed but still keeping website open please run away avoid and mostly always use paypal useful in that kind of case
I placed my order this past october 19th after 5 days no news from the owner after several emails ! I've checked on the internet (i'm living in France) i saw that the company is permanently closed but the owner which is an coward and dishonest by the way is still keeping the website open. She didn't reply to my emails but suddenly changed the status into paypal reversed ! Thank god i paid with PayPal thanks to this i could open a dispute and a claim and get refund with PayPal. One Advice please avoid this site !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still waiting for a refund after 2 months!!
After contacting the company through Instagram they agreed to refund me for one item which was of poor quality upon receipt. I duly posted this back by recorded delivery and I have proof that this was delivered on 3rd September. After several messages from them saying that they haven't received it and that there must be an issue with their post facility they have now gone completely silent. It is now over 2 months since they have received this return and I have not been sent my refund and they are now no longer replying to my messages. Terrible customer service and they are refusing to return my money; avoid any dealings with this company!

I purchased various Indian jewellery pieces for my daughter. The quality was outstanding and the jewellery was true to website photos. She said that her kundan bridal set was even prettier in the flesh. Deilvery and communication was excellant. Particularly, thank you Indian Jewellery Store for attending to my nerves of purchasing during Covid. Will buy again.

Excellent quality and quick service!
Honestly I was a bit skeptical buying Indian Jewellery online as have been let down a few times. But I highly recommend The Jewellery Store. Honest reliable retailer. I bought from this store because the jewellery my wife ordered form India for our wedding was not going to arrive in time. I purchased 2 days before the wedding and purchased expressed shipping and the jewellery arrived the next day!
