Love the indicators they supply, they do work but you have to know how to use them! It’s not as simple as you think but you can in fact make them work.

The indicator Supply and Demand Pro, works perfect I have had it and used it for the last 12 months. Highly recommend it.

INDICATOR VAULT HAS GIVEN ME A FULL REFUND UNASKED. Bought the minimum program to use on TradingView for buy sell signals but could never get it on TradingView as could not locate my username on Tradingview. Support at Indicator Vault sent me a page view several times to solve the problem but could not find that page on Tradingview. Sent support@Indicatorvault a screen shot of the page I could get on Tradingview so they could tell me what to do to get the info they wanted but did not hear back.

I bought Supply and Demand indicator about a month ago, and receive very good supports in installing and using the software. The indicator is very useful to support my trading

Wrote to ask why I couldn’t see a recently purchased indicator. Received very prompt reply with a concrete suggestion that fixed my issue. Very satisfied with the products I get here and the support I receive. Highly recommend.

I have purchased many indicators from them, and all of them provide very inaccurate signals. To be precise, the win rate is at most 25-30%. This seriously implies that doing the opposite could make you a profitable trader. I would support my review with screenshots/videos but Trustpilot does not allow it. A random free signal indicator offers much better signals. Disappointing...

Interesting indicators and prompt support!

The indicators are very useful and they have veriety of indicators suitable for my various starategies. natural momentum indicator signal i found very helpful. i only take trades if both indicator signal and my initial technical analysis both are in tandem, this way it increased my winning rate.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I bought three of their indicators and it was not working the way they made it seem on their website. It's a money grab guys. I figured that what they show on their website are just part of the charts that looked neat with their indicator just to deceive people that it is what they will be getting when they buy it. As soon as you purchase it, you will be experiencing something else. If their indicators are so good and making money, why are they selling so many different indicators? they lag, repaint, the ones that don't lag are just all over the place with so many alerts going off but they wont show you that in their videos. Even the alerts that has stop loss always repaint and shows you new stop loss due to different signals popping up. If I could give zero stars I would. The only reason why I gave 1 star is because of their excellent customer service. They always respond in a timely manner and this is the only positive thing about this company. I was able to call my bank to get my money back. You are better off on your own to use a free indicator and apply your own knowledge because theirs wont do you no good.

Customer service was good for me. I had an issue where I entered the wrong credentials to get the product. I contacted them via email and the issue was quickly resolved.

I am changing my review 2.29.24---This Companies customer service is horrible for me! I gave them a mildly negative review and questioned their indicators and refund policy. They obviously wern't happy with what I said, so they refunded (although I didn't want them to) me and pulld my indicators. I was happy with one of the indicators but made some comments about some indicators painting (signal) back after 4-5 new candles printed (just making a point). I guess if company doesn't like honest comment you go on their crap list. I also commented previously about a number of emails I sent that were never replied to FACT!! I told them I wanted the indicator they pulled tried to buy it again they immediately refunded that purchase. (like a pouting child) They DO seem to have some decent indicators but they are not willing to take anything close to a negative review-- Too bad, as I would have perhaps been a future customer! These guys seem to have a major pighead attitude and unwilling to try and work things out once their mind is made up! So sad for a company that seems to have a number of positive reviews :( They still were sending me junk sales emails after that--lol

The automation of the supply and demand areas being plotted, is very useful and time saving.

I have tested their indicators and they are pretty good especially the supply demand pro and the logic day trading if put well together in trading. However, asked for a refund the first time since I had some minor issues on the admin for my trading view account which they complied. Thankful for that. Second time repurchased the 5 indicators custom bundle with the supply demand pro separately but wanted a legit refund this time as I wasn’t comfortable using the other indicators apart from the logic day and supply demand pro. They refunded again. I understand they mentioned they dont like refunds and would deny me another round of purchase if I were to buy. However, this is so ridiculous.

This time I wanted to repurchase the supply demand pro and logic day trading indicators separately but was denied by support as they don’t wanna accommodate in the thoughts that i would ask for a refund again. Not a pleasant experience for a customer to keep asking and asking for them to accommodate but no one is willing to assist when I am so interested in the purchase of the products. Look at my interest in the products but they are not willing to give in. I have never even given any negative feedbacks on their indicators at ALL. Never have I ever said or claimed their indicators are not a good fit but they actually are awesome, however the support is not pleasant and accommodating. Why treat customers this way and to get them to beg you?

Great support from Indicator Vault via rep. Frank. Asked him to switch my indicators to my other Tradeview account. They did it pronto, no hassles or worries. Very good indicators too!

I highly recommend Indicator Vault indicators. I´ve being using them for a long time and they helped me to be more profitable in trading.

Bought 2 indicators, supply and demand and logic day indicators and wow amazing! Really improved my trading and well worth it. Support has been helpful and answered my questions in a timely manner.

I was looking for something to work with cryptos and sent an inquiry to them. They were responsive and provided recommendation with discounts. Customer service seems to know his stuff well. Will definitely consider the products after researching more.

I purchased the Supply and Demand Indicator and it was a good Indicator but I did purchase it by mistake and wanted a Refund so I can buy the one I wanted. They promptly Refunded me in 24 Hours!! Great Customer Service!!

The indicators are diverse and accurate. They are easy to use - The company is pretty responsive to inquiries. I would recommend the company and the indicators for anyone - beginner to advanced.

Thank you for the great indicators! I've been trading for over 5 years and have been trying different indicators but Indicator Vault gives me the best experience so far. I was frustrated at first because of the payment issues, I got my refund and needed to buy the indicator again but giving patience is worth it. I will continue on using it and hope there will be more great indicators coming.
