Consistent. I've been buying from them tons, and there are no issues whatsoever on their end in terms of their products and how easy the website is. 10/10 customer service, even when Royal Mail lost my parcel, they were able to replace it. Keep it up, you guys.

Really good service. I've ordered from here many times now and they always deliver high quality product and usually in good time too.

Payment is a bit confusing first time but follow the instructions and it's easy. Customer service are very kind and quick to help too!

Legit products and speedy delivery!

Would definitely recommend. The service was genuine, responsive and efficient throughout. Any queries were answered quickly, and communication was clear and helpful. We did have a postage issue, but it was sorted out very quickly and handled well. Overall, a very good service and a positive experience.

Great service, never had an issue.

Seen some interesting reviews recently but I can only report my own experience, which is consistent delivery over nearly 2 years. One time I messed up and put the wrong postcode, the delivery still came next day. One time my delivery arrived less than 18 hours later. One time it came on a Sunday. I've had worse problems with Amazon. I'll be honest, made an order last Wednesday and was a little worried on seeing recent reviews but it arrived in good time even though 2 bank holidays. No one I've recommended this to has had any issues either. Product consistently great too.

I’ve used this site for over 2 years now and I’ve never had a single problem ever. They always deliver and if there’s an issue with an order they are always very quick to rectify the problem. I can’t recommend this website enough.

People ordering over bank holiday then getting worried it’s a scam because is delayed is shocking. Especially when this company has pulled through and replaced multiple packages that have been lost by Royal Mail. Will always be loyal to IX and would definitely avoid that ‘one person’ leaving multiple bad reviews under different names, sad.

Well what can I say, I feel foolish for having doubted IX! Recieved a lovely package in the post today. Just amazing!

This site is on point with their products. Can be pricey sometimes, but it’s completely worth it because the products are quality. Nothing but good feedback from friends too. Thanks IX! 🙏 Only sidenote is that the cryptopay can be a little tiresome but it’s fine if you do it right. I sent my payment to the wrong address one time and couldn’t do anything about it 😖 - this is on me though not IX so just remember to pay attention when ordering!

Their chocolate is legit, affordable and gives a decent high. 'Nuff said.

Had a hiccup with my payment confirmation email going into their spam folder so if your payment is stuck on pending then keep trying to reach out. The gummies I ordered ran out of stock before they could fufill the order so when they come back in stock they're giving me an extra packet for free (also had the choice of a refund). Helpful and nice customer support :)
