The product pond liner was very good but the liner underneath could've been thicker. The order was delayed by one day but they notified me about this. Over all this was a great purchase.

I received the wrong rubber order. I had ordered 5mm, but what was delivered is clearly 6mm. This was a large order worth around £800, and after measuring it properly, it is definitely not 5mm.

I understand there can be slight variations with rubber, but this difference is far beyond acceptable tolerance. I have been chasing them for over two weeks now, but they have not responded properly and have refused to accept a return, even though the mistake is on their side.

I requested them to arrange a collection from my address and process a refund, but nothing has been arranged. This has now become a complete waste of money.

Customer service has been very poor. Every time I call, I end up speaking to someone different, and I keep getting excuses instead of a proper solution. Very disappointing experience.

Arrives earlier than expected which was great . Packaging was secure and nothing damaged . Product itself feels strong and well .

Searched for a flypress ball ( having previously used shotput balls) but for a No 8 flypress I needed a 12kg ball. These are much better value and although it's going to take a bit of work drilling and machining the hole it's still going to be cheaper than buying a new forged one ready to fit. Ordering was quick and the emails came through straight away. If delivery is as efficient I will be impressed.
