Excellent communications prior to appointment. Engineer arrived exactly on time, fitted everything, left the car neat and tidy and explained how to use the equipment.

Had an immobiliser installed by ineedatracker.com, and the service was absolutely top-notch.

With my car being an import car, i was worried about wasting my money on something that wouldn't be compatible with my car, however the team at ineedatracker.com took the time to go through my options and explained the choices that i had with my vehicle.

From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The installation was done flawlessly, the engineer was on time and completed the install in very good time and explained everything he did afterwards.

Very happy and highly recommend, would definitely use them again! 🚗🔒

Absolutely poor experience.

Called them for a quote, and they provided me a quote.

When we called to book to move the ghost immobiliser to another car they decided to not honour the quote and refused to carry out the works.

Turns out they did the job previously when I initially had it installed and they were a sub contractor of the company that initially installed it. So because of their agreement seems like they both decided to literally "ghost" us.

Since then I moved on and found a more professional and reputable company (rather than a show off large company with probably 1 employee). They removed the poorly fitted ghost by this company who did not install it properly and neither did hide the device well initially. I'm glad I went with a much more professional company so thank you for deciding not to carry out the job again as it would have been fitted poorly again.

Your response is unfortunately misleading and does not reflect the actual events.

At no point did you help me or arrange an alternative dealer—this is simply untrue. After providing a quote, you refused to carry out the job without offering any support or referral. I was left to source another company myself, who later confirmed that the original installation you carried out was poorly executed and the device was not properly secured or concealed.

Claiming to have taken “initiative” or to have offered a resolution is entirely false and misleading to other potential customers. If you had concerns about your ability to carry out the work due to a non-compete clause, this should have been disclosed transparently from the beginning—instead, you left me in the dark and chose not to respond professionally.

This experience was a complete letdown, and I would caution others to avoid this company. My advice: choose a company that stands by its work and treats customers with honesty and professionalism.

Illy fitted my ghost and dash cam, was very friendly and even gave me personalised videos so I can look back on them incase I have issues. Would recommend!
