Great service, immediate communication!

Great expirence!!!! My rep John Parker dod everything right!!! I work in an industry where customer service is crutial to our success. He definitley made this expirence great!!!

I started out happy with my decision to buy this extended auto warranty. They did a price match to beat another vendor, and lowered the deductible to $0.

HOWEVER . . . when the contract arrived, it had a few things I didn't know about. I called and we discussed and they made changes.

HOWEVER . . . they never sent a new contract showing the changes. I called several times and was promised the new contract each time.

I finally told them I'd cancel within the 30 day period allowed if I didn't get a contract immediately.

Then they sent it.

We'll see how claims are handled.

I have just purchased extended protection with Infinite Auto Protection on two vehicles. James, the sales associate I spoke with was very prompt and gave me all the information I needed. Before making the decision I did my homework and found everything he told me was exactly right ... A+ Rating, been in business 10 years, price was very fair. I have not used my protection yet but fully expect great service.

Easy to talk to. No sales pitch. Just the facts. Perfect presentation. I have shared with 3 other people that your warranty has ZERO out of pocket expenses vs another company I considered until they explained I would have to cover 35% out of pocket.

ZERO out of pocket expense was one of many incentives to go with you.🤙🏾

Customer service was good, very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the roadside service aspect of my plan wasn’t explained very well. I’m shocked that it only covers 20$ towards lockout service. I guess I should’ve asked that specific question.

He gave me a crazy deal. On my BMW 740Li I had the cheapest qoute of 3900 and this guy made it 2999. Not to mention my plan is the prime one.
They are from one of a few companies that are accredited by BBB and also have A+ rating on BBB

Simple instructions to follow after signing up. I’ve never dealt with a more straightforward and stress relieving situation regarding vehicle protection prior to Infinite Auto Protection.

Have not yet make a claim. I was quoted one price and then charged more. Still waiting for a call back about the charge. Fast to call you to sell an auto protection plan not very fast on call back when you have questions

I would like to commend Infinite's customer service. I worked with Charles and was very impressed with his knowledge of the extended warranty. Charles was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. He was always available and I had confidence he would return my calls in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Infinite for their product and customer service.
