OBSESSED with VELVET
OBSESSED! I ordered a second standard infinity dress (lavender) for my daughter to wear as a Bridesmaid (it’s perfect!). I added Black and Burgundy VELVET dresses to my cart … a new product range. Oh my goodness… the velvet dresses are next level stunning! I’ll be watching for more velvet colour choices - I can’t wait!

Awful dress
Dresses are poorly made, edges aren’t finished nicely! A child could’ve cut it better. Colour was completely different than expected and the dress was completely see through. Bridesmaids aren’t tall and the floor length dresses are definitely no where near long enough.
Customer services aren’t getting back to me about returning my order!

Poor quality
Received order the material is cheap & quality poor. It came all creased in a plastic bag looked dreadful. Material just cut with raw edges. Very disappointed.
The concept is good but product quality lets it down.

Awful. They charge £7 for a colour swatch but it’s a cardboard thing with all the colour swatches. They’re tiny and completely useless as I don’t need 20 colour swatches. I needed one. The customer service was also absolutely awful. I’m so angry and frustrated. Definitely not using them for my bridesmaids!

Das Kleid sieht so recht schön aus. Allerdings sehr durchsichtig. Wollte es gerne zurückschicken. Bekomme aber nirgends eine Adresse gesagt wo ich das zurück senden kann. Überlegt es euch gut ob Ihr es wirklich kaufen wollt.

I brought this dress for my bridesmaids after trying loads of others and giving up as all my bridesmaids were different shapes so this dress was perfect as they could wear it how they wanted and it looked amazing on all of them would definitely recommend and the price is decent aswell and a very comfy material

Only buy this dress if you are SURE you want it - as they do not refund you if the dress doesn’t fit/don’t like it etc - I spent nearly £70 and was only refunded £30 - they first tried to offer a refund of £25!
I am glad I only ordered the one and not the EIGHT that I was going to do - I would have lost so much money when times are already so hard

This dress went beyond my expectations. I'm a size 14au and I have a large chest so was worried about buying online especially with the sizing been so broad, but it is a perfect fit. Such a beautiful dress and the material feels amazing and is a gorgeous colour. The deliver to Australia was fast too.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Really responsive and easy to deal with. Dresses are a lovely colour (dusty rose) and soft material. I loved how they were packaged really neatly. The idea of the bridesmaids customising their own dress but also matching was the selling point and really pleased with the choice.

Great fabric quality
I was very impressed with the fast shipment. The fabric is a lovely thickness, so it's not see through (something I was worried about). The plus size fitted perfectly, maybe just a smidge on the shorter side so I'd have to wear flats. Wrapping it was easier than expected. The Teal is a nice colour, a lot more vibrant than expected but still flattering.

I love this dress. I bought the wine red color which doesn't look great on my skin but fits exactly as I expected and is a good quality for the price. This company cares about their customer service, I'd buy this dress again in a different color.

I got the dress in red and the color is bright and bold.the fabric has a nice shine and stretch. The one size plus is very true to size 24.

Excellent customer service
Infinity dress customer service was excellent, I purchased the dress in the summer and majority of my bridesmaids tried it on and loved it. I had to wait for 1 bridesmaid to return to the UK at Christmas to try on the dress and unfortunately it was way too short for her and came above the ankles. I therefore needed to return the item and find longer dresses as I wanted all my bridesmaids to match. This was some months after purchase and Infinity Dress were very understanding and kindly offered me 50% refund, even though out of the return window. I am very grateful.
