Stay away from this company! Sizing is not what promised and to get refund you need to post 5 star review here. And still did not get refund for postage!
Dress comes from CHINA and if you want to return it, you get USA address - and need to pay for shipping!
You get better quality anywhere else. Not worth the 6,9£ I ended up paying.

Fantastic dresses! I ordered 3 colours, mauve, sage and lavender! Oh my they are all amazing! The colours are just beautiful! The dresses are great, sooo happy with them! Bad quality
I brought 8 bridesmaid dresses from this company they stated they were based in the UK. So I thought they would be good quality when I got my tracking I realised they were coming from China! They did arrive quick but you'd think so having to pay £50 delivery. The quality was shocking cheap flimsy material and definitely wouldn't fit all sizes like they state! After reading the reviews I didn't think I stood a chance getting a refund but I was persistent and eventually they gave in and said they would refund me. It cost £100 to send them back as there return address is in America so all in all the deliveries cost me £150 but I did get a refund. I wouldnt advise anyone to buy these dresses but if you make the mistake I did and need to return them from the UK use DHL as they are the cheapest.

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. I ordered 3 bridesmaids dresses to be told that they could only send one and the other 2 at a later date. I agreed with this and received the first one (awful quality), but never received the other 2. I sent the original dress back and asked for a full refund to which they told me I couldn’t have until they got the all of the dresses back (despite me never receiving 2 of them). I have now paid over £30 to ship this dress back (to the USA!!) & have heard nothing from them (the dress was tracked and has been delivered). I was also told that it will take 3-5 weeks for a refund. Absolute going on avoid at all costs, save yourself the hassle.

Absolute cowboys - Awful con of a company who try and blackmail a good review before refunding
Awful con of a company. Ordered an infinity dress and dress that arrived is poorly made, no hem, cheap material and very shiny. Nothing like the photos on the site.
When I contacted for a refund I was offered 1/3 of the price so that I don’t need to worry about shipping. I told them this wasn’t acceptable and the said they would refund 50%. It was only then that I realised that despite looking like a UK site it is overseas and to ship back you need to send to the USA.
I had no option but to accept the 50% price (bearing in mind I had already paid £16 delivery on top of the dress price).
I was told it would only be refunded upon a 5 star review and photographic evidence. THE COMPANY TRY AND BLACKMAIL YOU TO GET ANY SORT OF REFUND!!! I can only assume the other good reviews had to do the same.
I refused and threatened with trading standards due to illegal practices, and received a 50% refund.
So I’m still out of pocket, have a unusable tatty fabric and I’m now having to source new bridesmaids dresses.
I urge you not to place an order and have to go through what I went through.

Awful customer service
This is the worst customer service ever. I paid for fast shipping but it is well over the timescale for delivery and no sign of the dresses. Infinity Dresses is not doing anything to support finding out the delay nor finding any solution to the problem. They offered to refund me the shipping however are now delaying refunding this on purpose for no reason. The chat bot function on the website doesn't work, and the people who are replying via email don't actually read your responses before replying. Honestly, I really do not recommend buying from here if you want a stress free shopping experience!!

Awful Dress, Awful Company!
AVOID!! Dresses are very very poor quality, they're bulky when tied, cheap looking, unhemmed and colour not as advertised at all. Was originally told I couldn't have a refund only an exchange of colour, which I didn't want, after much arguing with Tina on customer services, I was finally offered a 50% refund, it was only then I found out it was going to cost me £22 to return the awful dress (all returns have to go back to America) so I agreed to accept the 50% refund, I was told this would only be provided to me once I had left a 5 star review on Trust Pilot and sent proof of it to the company. I can only assume the 5 star reviews for this company are a result of the same bribery. Don't waste your money!!

Awful company! Dress feels cheap and fabric is clingy. When I wanted to send the dress back, I was told the only returns depot they have is in America (something not advertised on the website) and I was going to have to pay to send it back which would have been very expensive. I was then told that I could keep the dress and get a 50% refund if I wrote a 5* review so do not trust the reviews on here, they will have been offered the same deal so the reviews on here will not be truthful.
Update: they are now trying to offer me money to edit my review
