The contact was very friendly and also the interview was having a nice atmosphere. Irritating in the beginning was that I was contacted by someone asking for an appointment and when following the calendar link, I ended up in someone else's calendar. After selecting a date, I was then again contacted by the first person asking again, if I am interested to have an exchange... So, there was clearly missing alignment between the two, which was not very professional.
