Just got hit with a class action lawsuit for TCPA violations! Good! Fake address on this sight. They're at 40 Wall Street. If these guys have been calling you, find yourself a good TCPA attorney and sue their asses. Make sure you implicate their CEO Drew Hageman in your lawsuit. The dude is a pure scumbag.

Can’t even get pass the check box agreement on their page to apply I took it as a sign to keep it moving!

Guy cold called me and when I politely declined (and explained why) he just hung up on me. Screw you guys.

This company has called me incessantly for days. Somehow my number got to a large group of these "small business capital lenders" and this appears to be the worst of the bunch. I have repeatedly requested to be removed from their call list, I did not ask to be called or texted and I did not seek such a loan, nor do I have a company that would seek such a loan. They continue to call and are rude when I tell them I want to be taken off their list. This is illegal behavior in violation of the TCPA which carries stiff penalties. Any TCPA plaintiffs lawyers are welcome to call me as a potential plaintiff.

This company operates with abusive spamming to generate clients. I have dealt with dozens of calls daily and hostile verbal abuse when asking them to remove our number.

Thought I had resolved, but after a month the calls started again.

Scammers to the core! They call me daily from spoofed numbers that look like they're right here in town and yell obscenities when I ask them to take me off their list, which they haven't done for the past 40 times I've asked them. Do not take their money because it is ridiculously expensive and you will lose big.

I gete calls from these people every week. I have asked repeatedly to stop calling and they continue. Do not use them they are a predatory lender. All of these companies are terrible. They pray on business and offer them money at high rates paid up front and then your screwed.

I should have read reviews before applying. Well, you live and you learn!! In the beginning it was all nice and sweet, I was able to get the loan and was told if I paid out early I could refinance or get a discount on the interest. When I was ready to pay them off I was told I would get a call back within 20 minutes. This was May 24th and here we are June 20th and no call back! The daily withdrawal is hurting my business and I'm not able to apply with anyone else until they are PIF. Don't sign up with them!! I have left multiple messages and emails kindly requesting a call back and no response!!!

Not professional. Said they will have daily payments. I have never heard of daily payments so I didn't accept offer. Also, the interest was going to b$1,750 with in 30 days.

What a joke! It's a bunch of 20 year old kids posing as lenders. They have absolutely no clue what they're doing.

i have to say i was a little intimidated at first going through with this company, but im so pleased that i did! Larry helped me every step of the way reassuring me i was making a good choice and im so happy that i did! My business is my life so i make sure whoever i am working with has my best interest at heart and I know infusion capital definitely did! Couldnt be more pleased!

I have asked them to stop calling multiple times and the calls persist every day. Today I let my frustration get the better of me and raised my voice and hung up abruptly on them only to have them call me back and spew vulgarities at me.

Have asked them not to call several times and they have kept calling and hanging up. Tying up my line.

Wish I had checked here before wasting my time with this bogus company. Nigel told me that they were definitely the company I was looking to do business with. Nothing could be further from the truth. I told them how much we banked each month and was told that was great. Only to be turned down for that very reason. these people will say anything to get your bank info. DO NOT TRUST.

They have called me repeatedly. I answered today not recognizing the number and when they said who it was I hung up. The guy actually called back immediately and yelled at me saying “is that how you talk to people? Just hang up on them?” And hung up on me. It was actually quite comical if it hadn’t been so completely ridiculous and downright rude. STAY AWAY!

This is an absolute horrible company. They have been calling me multiple times a day for months now. I do not own a company I have never requested funding. I have politely engaged and listened to their long winded intro on multiple times and explained that I do not need their services and requested to be removed from the calling list. They either hang up immediately or say fine. It’s a boy named Adam that is calling me daily. We just had the same conversation this minute and I explained this is harassment at this point and he continues to call me daily, he laughed and said “yep, and I’m going to call you tomorrow” and hung up.
