Amazing quality print! perfect for a gift. highly recommend for a classic style wall print

Really beautiful prints, excellent quality, so fine that the print of the fabric looks like fabric.
Communication excellent.

Initial print arrived very quickly, beautifully packaged and UPS delivery excellent. I had a slight issue ( more my own artistic eye than a real problem). I emailed them, they replied literally within minutes on a Monday morning ( impressive) . They didn’t argue , asked if I’d like it reprinted and reprinted me another copy, slightly resizing so better positioning. Good quality artwork. Done and in my hand within a further two days.
Couldn’t ask for better service which is often hard to find in any company these days.

I accidentally ordered two of the same print. When I asked if I could exchange, Marc told me I could gift the spare print and they'd send me a different one for free. No questions asked, no hassle and a very quick response. 5/5 for customer service!

Item arrived ripped and customer service haven’t responded to my email to request a refund or a replacement.

After an issue with my order (right print, wrong frame...) I read the poor reviews on
here and assumed the worst. However, the issue was rectified quickly and without fuss or cost by the owner who contacted me directly . I provided a photo of the wrong frame and three days later the correct frame arrived complete with replacement print. I was not required to return the initial order, which will make a lovely present for a friend. Thank you for your excellent, efficient service.

Returned items well before the 30 days was up, tried emailing and contacting about a refund, no response.
Have had to esclcalate with klarna which is such a pain. Won't be returning as a customer.

I ordered two prints of the same size and frame, meant to hang side by side; hooks were attached at different height so pictures ended up being not level at the wall. I had to attach my own hooks to fix it.

Prints and frames are of good quality otherwise.

Ordered two prints. Not the best quality. Resizing wasn't accurate so part of the image at the top was cut off (on both prints). Prints had a slight lateral fold which i assume was a result of over-handling during the packing process (although, to be fair, the packaging materials were good, it's just that prints were overly manhandled when they were rolling them up and putting them inside the tube).
Not good value for money and took too long to arrive. I don't think I would use this company again.

Lovely prints well made frames look delightful on the wall. Well packed and delivered with care.

Ordered an item which never arrived. I think it was to do with their shipper rather than the company but when contacted for a refund, they only refunded the cost of the item not the shipping.

Ordered a Kawase print and its brilliant. Arrived in perfect condition. Decent delivery time turnaround. Will 100% be using again.

Ordered twice from ink and drop and was really impressed both times. They stock multiple art prints I couldn't find anywhere else, and everything I ordered was great quality on really nice paper. My second order was for a custom print and communication and the final product were great, highly recommend.

Overlay, poor quality paper and ink - avoid

I have bought quite a few posters from INK & DROP. I am pleased with every one of them . One in the post came damaged , no fault of ink and drop, postman folded it to put through the letterbox. BUT when I told ink and drop and sent photo , it was replaced straight away. This firm has very good customer support . I will always buy posters from them, they are very reasonable in price and good quality printing and paper . I would recommend to anybody….

Great print but most importantly outstanding customer service. Promptly (out of working hours as well) changed my order for different size without too much hassle. Print arrived fast and looks great. Thank you.

I had been looking for some prints and found loads of choice here. I was still deciding and Ink & drop sent me a discount code-which was very nice! Ordered Saturday evening, delivered Wednesday morning, (del free).
Beautifully packaged, they were a pleasure to unwrap and great quality. Very happy.

Do not use this company as my delivery arrived damaged it took them 4 emails before they done anything about it made out they never received my emails .they agreed to refund as it was meant to be a present and replacement would arrive to late they never refunded my delivery cost as they think I should pay a delivery on a damaged order not good customer service and again ignored my emails will be contacting my bank

First time ordering some prints/frames, have admired their stuff online for a while and finally ordered 3 prints, 1 with a beautiful gold ornate frame just after Christmas. Sadly only half the order arrived but I contacted them on email and then on their Instagram chat the person was super helpful and apologetic and the rest of the order was promptly sent out that same day. Would recommend and buy from again!
