Bought three printing cartridges as they were on special for multi buy to fit my brother computer. They did fit into the printer, but after printing about 20 pages of little detail, the ink had already run out, which I thought was weird, so I put in the next cartridge, same thing, after a few pages of printing the ink had already ran out and the printing window was telling me to replace ink cartridge, I had not long just put a new one in, In the space of a month all three cartridges were not working, the display on the printer said, replace cartridge, I am not running a big business and do not do a lot of printing but this is beyond the joke, it ends up being more expensive that buying an original one at a genuine ink cartridge outlet than this one, absolute useless quality. never buy from there again.

Inksale provided a number of cartridges to replace my empties. Immediately I replaced the first empty the printer displayed “incompatible ink” messages.

This is despite following the very detailed instructions from Inksale which clearly acknowledge there could be compatibility problems and provided a workaround, which, needless to say did not work.

Subsequently I’ve had a number of interactions with Ethan who vigorously defended his cartridges and made all sorts of assumptions about my use of my previously perfect, now “bricked”printer.

I’ve had to buy a new printer as I run a business. I’ve asked repeatedly to be able to return the cartridges most of which are still sealed.

I have given Ethan a formal letter under the Consumer Guarantees Act and expect a reply within five days, failing which I will go to the Disputes Tribunal as well as taking up the matter with Consumer.org

Inksale has been warned very clearly and would be stupid to ignore my intended actions if he does not refund my payment and provide the ability to return the unsuitable stock.

The colour cartridges started leaking and and smears showing up on the prints. The cartridges had been replaced early this year, as and when it was required, and about 70% full. Inksale would not take responsibility, said it was outside warranty and offered 10% discount on next order.
I instead threw the cartridges, took me an hour to clean the machine from the leaking toners, and ordered original replacement cartridges.
Lesson learnt, its not just the price that is cheap, its the quality as well.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Inksales NZ and would not recommend them.
I ordered what I was led to believe were genuine Epson ink cartridges. After more than a week had passed with no delivery, I contacted the company and was advised that my order had not even been allocated to a courier. Due to the delay, I requested a refund.
Interestingly, shortly after requesting a refund, I suddenly received a delivery notification. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there.
When the package arrived, the cartridges sent were not what I had ordered. The order was also incomplete, with cartridges missing altogether. To make matters worse, the communication from Inksales was unsatisfactory and unhelpful throughout the process.
Rather than acknowledging their mistake, they have refused to provide a refund unless I return the incorrectly supplied items at my own expense. I find it unreasonable that I should have to pay return freight for an order that was incorrectly fulfilled by the seller.
As a result, I have had to lodge a dispute with my bank to try to recover my money.
Based on my experience, I have no confidence in this company. The products I received were inexpensive compatible cartridges rather than the genuine Epson cartridges I believed I was purchasing, and I would be concerned about using such products in my printer.
Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. Proceed with caution before purchasing from Inksales NZ.
Sorely disappointed.

We ordered a set of Cartridges once our HP ran out. The original cartridges worked just fine but too expensive to replace so went for the Inksale products. Followed all of their instructions and I replaced the depleted Cyan cartridge and it would not work. Spoke with Ethan who wanted a video of the genuine cartridge running which meant that I would have to go buy one. This obviously defeats the purpose of buying Inksale. Because I was not prepared to do so they would not refund what we paid for the set, still have 3 unopened cartridges. Very disappointing and would not recommend anyone buying their products. Very poor communication as well.

Off brand tape for label maker got fouled first time printing and was unusable. I asked for a replacement tape as the one they sent me was faulty. Inksale just completely stonewalled me. Finally, after 8 emails, they agreed to send me a new one (worth $7) if I would pay the freight ($7). Bugger em.

I tracked my purchase and was advised by the courier that my parcel will be delivered on 5 May 2026. This is 7 days after payment. Company, in an email said "Why are you asking this question".
Company, in their blurb says delivery next day for North Island.
I understand Dunedin is not in the north island but.....
Will not use this outfit again

Absolutely shameful company. They sent me faulty ink & have decided I am now not worth returning emails. They are going against their return policy & will not send me a return courier bag & label or give me a full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !! There communication is terrible

I have ordered the Ink after using in 2 days its says replace the cartridge.
Still there is Ink inside and it says replace.
Never buy from here.

its not original. Ink is still cheap quality and not good ink ship as well. after insert inside the printer, it will start doing malfunction with software and other ink also going bad too.

The ink is shit - such crap quality !!!!! Never ever buy there again !!!!!

I ordered a drum for our printer which according to the blurb said it would be compatible. The speed of confirmation and delivery was exceptional, along with the price. However, once we realised it was not compatible and the printer door wouldn't close, they did not respond with help via email or text

I purchased from Inksale eight months ago, I have had trouble with the ink since purchasing, it was so dull & did not print as to the true colours, I tried emailing with no reply.
Took the cartridges to a professional company only to be told these are not good for the printer.
I do not recommend this product for quallty & they do not last - super cheap .....you get what you pay for!!!!!!!
