Ordered a computer cable a fortnight ago, paid in full.

Nothing has arrived, emails asking for an update remaining unanswered and their phone number doesn't seem to exist.

Scam, sent a chinese replica. Customer service non existent. Cost to return item not worth it. Steer clear.

The trustpilot reviews are for www_baseus_com ... not innov8wholesale_com ... it appears that there has been an error made by baseus in 2023 and they have not corrected this 😲

Not satisfied before project Thay do all things like hosting and space complete website each and everything after getting full payment Thay can't pick call and not proper response be careful

Good quality and quick delivery

First I tried to buy their cables through a 3rd party seller. A few days after I made the order they cancelled it.
I then went to their website to buy straight from them. I found the cable I tried to buy before and added it to my basket and added another cable for another purpose. A week later my package arrived but, they've decided to send me a cheaper cable than the one I paid for with lesser specs and with no reason why. They've also not refunded me the difference. Customer support has not responded to me and it's been days since I messaged them.
While their products are good, their service is appalling.

Just letting you now about a ridiculous issue I had with this Company 🤔
I purchased an item of electrical importance
But on closer inspection of the pictures on eBay I unfortunately ordered the Wrong item?
So I contacted them on my mistake of purchase.no response at all although item is payed for as one does on eBay this item had not even been dispatched after a few days so I contacted the company again asking for a reply or a refund.then out of the blue.
A message Sorry to here that the item is wrong but we are sending the item anyway
No mention of a refund like asked for 😡 what a shear waste of time and Money
Sending this item only to return even before it was dispatched and eBays Answer to it ALL

I recently purchased a new cable from this company and initially thought there was a problem with it,so Sent them an email via their website.
What I wasn't expecting was for one of their team a guy called Matt to reply to me at 9.30 on a Sunday morning! Now I did ask him are you working today? He replies, no I was just sitting down to breakfast and saw your enquiry so I thought I'd reply.
Now this is dedication to your job and a credit to the company and after a couple of other emails he said he will pass it on the the team to investigate further,I did have another team member promptly contact me on the Monday morning and we were able to sort the problem out.
Good customer service is very hard to find these days, but this company sure as hell has it sorted.

Havnt recieced my package yet, although I selected expidited shipping it has been over 3 weeks.

It was a problem giving this company 5 stars because as yet I have still not received the goods. The goods were ordered on 26th of February and despatched promptly on 27th. As yet, 8 days later they have still not arrived. I contacted customer services who got back to me immediately explaining that the "large letter" was despatched the next day to Royal Mail but when I look at the tracking history, there will only be information at the time the item is being delivered. The supplier has offered to send me a replacement which I may have to take them up on but I did not think companies should be penalised due to the shortcomings of the carrier. Nowadays it is hard enough for companies to survive especially small and/or new ones without having problems from an established service such as Royal Mail.
