When i filled the details requesting a guide to their services on their website, They promptly responded with a clearly printed guide booklet. It comprehensively explained what they offer, how our business model should be developed, etc. They've also included forms to fill to ensure and protect confidentiality of our business ideas. Fantastic free IP Information Booklet
My 5* rating is only based on the free information toolkit. They summarised the complexities of intellectual property law in a simple way in this fantastic document. Glad to have received a printed copy in the post in addition to the PDF download.
