The built a custom software and client management tool for us that completely automated our entire workflow. The guys we worked with were incredibly proactive and they even suggested a couple of features we hadn't considered to improve performance. We found a great partner in Innowise!! They helped turn our idea for a user friendly personal security mobile app into reality for both Android and iOS. My issue was that my 3 e-shops, 3 B2C platforms that we sell through, accounting and warehouse, as well as shipment were all disconnected and it was a full on mess. I am not an IT person, I work in retail and had no idea where to start to make life easier.
When I was introduced to this company, they did the reasearch, offered solutions and finally, I do not have to write seperate invoices mechanically for each and every order (mind you, we are retailers online to end customers), shipment tags and warehouse stock deductions, to change product quantity manually on each site. It is all automated.

If not for them, I might be still doing all manually and not keeping up with all orders and stock.

Horrible experience. Trusted them with my special project. They put a junior developer on my project with only 18 months experience who inflated working hours by a lot and I was overcharged. I had to fight with them at every milestone, and their junior dev could not accomplish basic expected results. In the end, I refused to pay the last inflated invoice with hundreds of fake hours, and i had to pay my own developers to make the project right. Stay away at all costs!

Apparently, the previous customer was out of luck. The company is growing, new employees come. My experience was quite positive with the company.

Stay away Innowise Group! I had past project of crypto wallet exchange was develop by them, they spend 4.5 months to release a testing product, our agreement is in phase 1 production. They did not follow our project plan to build the product. After receiving all my fund that they won't respond to my request on Skype, really bad performance, service and not professional! They will take your fund without product. Beware of them!
