Great and professional service
Great and professional service from Innpacked crew. We have been assisted with care and expertise from day one, guiding us throw the process and understanding our needs. Still waiting personal license. Almost 1 year
I presented my exam last year around April -May… now is January 2024 and still waiting for my personal license… no one reply my emails about this situation and no one try to
Solve the problem… the excuse all the time is “we are dealing with the council”. If you need more details I can supply it.

Hi Jesus. Thanks very much for your feedback and we are sorry you had a bad experience. From receipt of your documents, your licence was turned around and granted in only 14 days. After this you were issued with the licence number which could be used with immediate effect. The generation and sending of the hard copy is totally out of our control, and sits with the council. We do chase these regularly and do keep our clients informed. We very much appreciate your frustration with how long this part of the process can sometimes take… it is one of ours too. Regards Steve
Alcohol license application
We were guided through each and every step of our premises Licence application. The team were only a phone call away, emails were promptly responded to. They liased with local policing and councils and really took control Leaving us to take a back seat. The process from start to finish was effficient and very cost effective. Highly recommended.
