Garage staff at Northampton Branch excellent and explain the results regarding MOT and service. However, head office no idea what the different services are and booked the incorrect one in. Will speak to the garage in future as they know the vehicle Regular Customer

The garage was extremely professional and honest about the repairs on my car. It is the first time in a long time that I don't feel taken advantage of being a woman nor knowing things about cars.
I will definitely use them again in the future, even if they are out of my way.

They expect a 15-year-old car to be in the same condition as a new one. Every tiny detail, even those unrelated to road safety, is inspected. They also carry out a more thorough inspection during a retest, rather than checking only the failed items. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it unless your car is new or in near-perfect condition.

Excellent service from Craig Hoad and the team at the Bracknell branch. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest throughout. The work was completed to a high standard, communication was great, and I felt well looked after from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning and would happily recommend Craig and the Bracknell team to anyone.

The Peterborough branch have been very helpful today, I mistakenly booked the wrong week, after a phone call to them they offered to squeeze me in that afternoon knowing I needed a oil change service before I went to Wales in 4 days time.

I booked online the night before, a slick handover and was asked to return in 45 mins. (I was having the air con regassed). No issues. A great service.

I booked an MOT online, went in on the day, no problems, the staff were so warm, friendly and polite. I felt reassured my Porsche was in good hands. Would definitely recommend this garage if you are unsure of where to take your car. Very pleased, thank you to the staff.
