I placed an order and paid via PayPal. When the confirmation came through the email and was full of Chinese characters I freaked out and at that point discovered the latest Trustpilot reviews. I need not have worried. I placed the order in the 6th November and it was delivered on the 13th: faster than the promised 7-10 working days. The mattress is good for the price, it’s my second one - I bought another about 5 years got another room and it’s still good.

This Company is a SCAM.
They take your order and send you an email with the order number and tracking number.
BUT…. The order number is invalid when you check on it.
The tracking number says Delayed in transit. It always says that. Truth is they never actually manage to collect the item from Inofia.
Customer Service does not exist.
DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY

I’m a repeat customer of Inofia - having previously purchased a mattress. I’m incredible disappointed with my experience trying to order a second mattress from them for my new apartment. After a week of shipping - I received an email that I had provided an “incorrect address” and they needed to re ship my mattress. This wasn’t accurate, and I sent multiple emails with no reply to customer service. UPS informed me that Inofia had lost my package, and that the information they were providing me was incorrect and that I should file a claim. They don’t have a customer service phone number - and replied scarcely to my emails. Inofia only reached back out to me once I contacted PayPal to report them. Will not be recommending to my friends and would advise to purchase elsewhere - regardless of having already been a customer.

Received 2 mattresses. they were unsuitable for my requirements so they were not unpacked. Try to contact them but impossible as their telehone number does not exist & they wll not reply to emails. The address for returning does not exist. On checking on Companies House, they applied in April to be struck off but as there has been objections, the Registrar has refused.Why do Credit Cards carry on dealing with thes people.

I ordered a mattress from this company as I've recently moved and have been sleeping on the floor and it took them a week to get it to me and then they delivered it to a house I cannot find and do not recognise. Ridiculously bad service.

The mattress I ordered was lopsided, the top half never inflated. I contacted customer service who tried two different mattresses, all were faulty. Thankfully, they were kind enough to refund me. It took 3 weeks to get the bed base though which I ordered in black, they delivered brown. Disappointing.

If I could give them zero I would! Mattress is of very poor quality sunken after less that a month, I contacted them to return the mattress as per the 100 night return policy . They send a fake copy of a refund that doesn’t go into your account then just keep ignoring your emails.

I recently bought a lovely thick topper for my mattress. However for me, it wasn't suitable because of my back. I used the 100 day guarantee and was a little worried it may not be honoured.
How wrong I was. I was even given some other options if I wanted them which was lovely. Such a polite honorable company that I would use again and have no hesitation in recommending honestly to anyone else.

Excellent customer service, unfortunately the mattress topper I bought was too firm. I contacted their customer support and asked if they could exchange for me as it was in their 100 day policy. They couldn't have been more helpful, sent me details of other ones then dispatched a brand new one which was softer within a few days. Thank you so much

Ordered a mattress, shipped in a day, never turned up and out of the blue got a message that it's been refunded. No reasons given. At least it's been refunded....

I ordered a matress , it took ages to come and they delivered a super king instead of a double, they do not respond to emails and the uk number on the website does not exist, they contacted me once asking for photos to prove I had not opened the package which I hadn’t and I gave photos the same day as requested, and then again they did not respond. So I am left with a mattress that doesn’t fit the bed. The customer service is non existent so for this reason I would not recommend.

Fantastic matress. No more tossing and turning feel like this will be a life changer. Woke up this morning totally refreshed and no aching lower back. I would describe this matress as heaven on a bed. Superb.

the customer service on this occasion was not very good. they didn't bother sending tracking information for delivery and when i messaged them it took them several days to respond only for them to say it was apparently was delivered over the weekend when it never even turned up! the tracking information didn't even match up and no response from them to send another mattress. had to raise a dispute with paypal just to get something done with the issue.

I have already wrote a review but before I took mattress to tip after few years and no there is no 10yr warrenty.
Inside was cheap bit of foam and springs load of rubbish.

Mattress is less that five years old and springs faulty, customer service do not offer replacement only 25% refund or discount towards another mattress which I would not be accepting. 10 year guarantee is a scam!

Received my mattress over the weekend and was thrilled to see it. mattress is medium-firm and incredibly comfortable! I couldn't be happier with my purchase from Inofia!

For my money, this mattress is great! Certainly not too hard or soft for me. A good bed is obviously important to me and I find this medium-firm is perfect, it is so comfortable and I have the best nights sleep.

👍 I purchased two twin xl 12 inch hybrid mattresses for my split king adjustable bed in June of 2022, and I am thrilled to say that they still look and feel amazing. They are still incredibly comfortable and supportive, and the quality for the price I paid is unbeatable! I highly recommend this mattress to any type of sleeper.
