I ordered an item from their website and received an email days later that the item was out of stock. False advertising. They offered a similar item to replace it and I agreed. I inquired about expedited shipping. They said they didn't offer it, nor did they offer any discount for the inconvenience. At this point the gift for my husband's anniversary would be extremely late. A month and a half went by and I never received anything. I reached out to support again and to make the recount a long story short, I've gone circles with emails and still no resolution nor order. I can't recall a worse experience in trying to purchase something from a website. Steer clear of this company.

Item took a very long time and came smashed. Would not give a refund.

I ordered the Miles Glass Cooking Pot – Borosilicate Simmer Pot for £50. As soon as I put it to heat the pot exploded! Not only was it dangerous, as the pot is made of glass, but it failed at its only function. Inovessa refused a refund and have yet to send a replacement (which they claim is their policy). This is the kind of company that operates outside of consumer rules and must be avoided!

Complete ripoff. $58 for a single mug that is very similar to a $5 mug I found in BigW. What a joke. It's a classic marketing move, high prices make customers believe they are getting something special. All they are getting here is completely shafted

Very disappointed with this purchase from Inovessa. The Tuscan Ceramic Olive Oil & Vinegar Bottle is poorly designed—the lid doesn't fit properly and leaks every time it's used, making a mess and wasting oil.
To make matters worse, the company was terrible to deal with when I raised the issue. Poor product and poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

Non existent customer service. Never reply, my order took weeks to arrive. I pair over £70 for two bath matts expecting real quality and what I received I could have brought in Primark. Not only that but parcelled up like some dodgy vinted parcel. Will be going down a legal route if i dont hear back from you.

Selection of TEMU items selling at 5x jacked up prices. Long shipping times. Don't get fooled.

My order never turned up although this company said it has. Been back and forth for so long now with zero resolve. Very happy to take your money. Wouldn't recommend them after sales is appalling. NO REFUND OFFERED. Please don't get scammed by them.

The product I have received looks nothing like what I ordered. The knitted blanket looked thick and colourful on their website, it was actually very thin, the colours all bleached out, and the design had poor definition. Customer service was not any better, they offered a partial refund if I keep the item, or I send it back (international) at my own cost. I asked for a better resolution, but since it is radio silence. Very, very poor experience, don't shop there.
