I recently attended the Directors’ Development Programme Accelerator, and it was well worth the time. The content was structured in a way that made complex topics easy to understand, and the facilitators were knowledgeable and engaging. There was a good balance between theory and practical application, with plenty of real-world insights that I could take away and apply to my business.

The opportunity to connect with other professionals in similar roles was also a great bonus.

Overall, a well-run programme that I’d recommend to anyone looking to sharpen their leadership, finance, marketing and strategic thinking.

It was a very informative 4 days with plenty to think about, I also provides some interesting tools to help with managing and maintaining changes in the business.

There was much information given on the managing director's role in a great enviornment by an experienced trainer and professional. Andy Bates gave an excellent 2-day training on the role of the managing director.

the understand at a deeper level the principles and process of s strategic leader was insightful, though provoking. the work on personal development relied on me reflecting on myself and my direction which i have not done for a period of time, this gave me the chance to re-assess my life and where my goals are.

I attended the Senior Leadership Programme from 24th-27th February 2025.

From start to finish, the arrangements and support were fantastic and the course content was excellent.

I have used this business for various personal development courses over the years. i like the way they allow flexible "bite size" but "precision" learning that can be taken back to the organisation. The Leadership and Management 3 day course was engaging and informative throughout. A great course for management starters and experienced alike.

I attended the Directors Development Programme Accelerator, 13-17th January in Maida Vale. As a relatively new Charity CEO this was extremely beneficial. The facilitators were experienced, knowledgeable and engaging, really helping to put theory into everyday practise. From fine tuning my finance knowledge to deepening my understanding of the responsibilities of the Board I have returned to work with a new mindset and shifted mindset. We were blessed with a fantastic cohort as well which enhanced the learning experience and made the week so enjoyable. This really was the most useful, hands on course I have attended. I would highly recommend.

Level 5 Leadership and Management Programme:
I did the course in Jan 2025 and had a great few days. The course was engaging, and taught me lots. The atmosphere created by the INPD team was great, and allowed all participants to learn equally, and engage with one another. I would recommend this course to anyone looking to develop their management skills, or skills in any professional environment.

The course was fantastic, probably the best I've ever attended. An enormous amount of learning, presented by a lecturer with vast experience and an easygoing, friendly manner. The extent of the learning was such that I'll be able to practise as a coach even while I'm writing my assignments.

Just had a great week learning at The Directors Development Programme Accelerator from InPD. The contents were relevant and the instructors were very knowledgeable about their topics. It was a great course, and would definitely recommend to anyone at a directors level role working with a board of directors.

This course inspired fresh ideas and introduced valuable tools that I can apply in my work.

The facilitator was thorough in all teachings, by using a unique strategy to explain difficult topics.

The facilitator used blended tools , such as researched theories, models, videos, cartoons,group presentations and many workshops to enrich the course.
This approach was so rich as it helped all participants to develop insight on different ways to handle challenges in their organisation and other applicable methods that support effective management in any thriving company. At the end all students were so delighted and wanted more.

This course has transformed my perspective on leadership, and I’m looking forward to putting these insights into practice as I work towards full CMI accreditation over the next three years.

Excellent organisation of the course at a place easily accessible by transport in Central London. Good interaction level during the course. Variety of speakers , specialists in their own areas with easy to absorb presentation of data.
Engaging group and individual exercises.

Excellent admin support too with plenty of comms before during and after the course.

Very good quality training. A well-structured and facilitated course, led by a really credible trainer. Group discussion and practice sessions were very helpful, and though there was a lot to cover, there was also plenty of space for questions to be explored. Feeling inspired and able to progress with my onward development.

I truly appreciated my recent experience of attending Coaching and Mentoring Leadership programme - CMI Level 7 led by William McKee. I found William’s approach to learning facilitation and the applied nature of the course very helpful. Building on wealth of his own knowledge and experience, he also ensured a mutual learning environment among the participants that I found particularly beneficial.
