What an amazing course (I am already looking at other courses to take)! All women should try and take advantage and go on this course. This course is not only for women in Management, but women who are leaders (direct or indirect). The helps you to navigate through this world (corporate, engineering, tech, public sector, any type of work) with more confidence and learn how to form and build a strong network of allies and like minded people. You also learn how to confront 'challenging / courageous conversations', how to apply strategic thinking and so much more.

The course is extremely insightful and I will take a lot of the tools learned and apply them to both my professional career as well as my personal life. It is also worth mentioning that Victoria (course facilitator) is one of the most inspirational and brave people I have ever met. I wanted to bring her home with me.

The women on this course were phenomenal and inspiring and gave me a clear vision that I am not alone in some of my own struggles in my industry.

Because of this course, I am now taking the steps to get chartered through CMI.

Please, please, please go on this course ladies... you will not regret it.

Great content and tutors

This course was delivered by knowledgeable and engaging tutors to enhance skills in driving strategic change and improving organisational effectiveness.

The course covers a comprehensive range of topics, including the fundamentals of organisational development and the application of various models to assess and enhance organisational performance. I found the course to be interactive and interesting.
The sessions were delivered online and included group work and self-directed learning, all designed to provide practical knowledge and real-world applications. It was particularly useful to learn alongside other HR Professionals.

I attended the Directors Development Programme Accelerator 30 Sept - 4 Oct.
It was an incredibly enriching experience. The content was both insightful and highly digestible, making it perfectly suited for leaders in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The presenters were not only engaging but also demonstrated deep knowledge in their fields, which made each session highly impactful. I particularly appreciated the blend of short, focused video content, academic (but well explained) business models and real-world experiences from both the cohort and the tutors. The interactive and informal format kept me engaged throughout. I highly recommend this course.

I’ve just completed the Director Development course with INPD, and it was an incredible 5-day program! The course was well-structured and covered a wide range of topics relevant to leadership and strategic management. Great programme despite being virtual it was still engaging with lots of interaction and break out groups and regular breaks.

Very well organised in information provided leading up to the course and well co-ordinated during the 4 days in the classroom. The course was excellent and the tutor was very engaging. I came away feeling excited to put into practice what I had learnt. Can highly recommend.
