Extremely helpful. The towel rail that I wanted was not available, I was told the wait and that they had another size available, they sent through all the info with the email which was great as I could make an informed decision there and then.
I ended up buying the larger available one and we had it within a few days. Keep up the good work.

They’ve been most helpful in supplying options and service from overseas sources. We’ve also used them for a few hardware choices.
