Booked my trip with them and a short while later decided to cancel as I couldn’t do it.. I really didn’t expect that it would take 3 months to get my money back - it took many messages back and forth - she tried to buy time by giving so many excuses and attempts to shift the blame: on the bank, her leg, etc..
I booked a tour package for May-June 2025 with In Saddle Adventures, run by anastazzzia_ on instagram. The trip was cancelled 2 days before departure. I was informed that this was due to issues involving their partner arrangements.
After multiple follow-ups over a period of 10 months, I have not received the full refund, despite receiving over 45 written messages that the refund would be processed.
In January 2026, her partner, tristancameronharper on instagram, stepped in and transferred part of the refund, stating that the remaining balance would be transferred by her. As of April 10, 2026, and after again multiple follow-ups, have still not received the full refund.
I am in contact with multiple other customers who report similar experiences.
I am sharing my personal experience to inform others. I recommend that others carefully review terms and timelines before booking.

I paid $4,350 for the trip. It was cancelled two days before the start because of weather conditions, when I was already in Kathmandu. I understand that weather is outside anyone’s control, and I am not reviewing the cancellation itself.
After that, I chose the full refund option. I was told it would take around 14 to 20 working days. Instead, the refund process stretched over six months, and I had to follow up many times to get my money back. The amount was returned in parts rather than in one payment, which made the whole situation stressful and emotionally draining.
I have never actually been on one of their trips, so I cannot comment on that experience. I am only sharing my personal experience with the refund process.
I’m glad this is finally resolved, but based on my experience, I would advise people do thorough research before booking with any agency.
I am sharing my personal experience with In Saddle Adventures regarding a cancelled trip (horseriding trip to Mongolia) (june 2025) and an outstanding refund.
I paid a total of €6,502 for a booked trip. Two days before departure, I was informed that my originally planned flight (booked by Insaddle Adventures) had been changed to a different route and airline. On the day of departure, this replacement flight was cancelled by the airline, and the alternative option would not have allowed me to make my connection.
This situation caused significant stress. After discussing this with In Saddle Adventures, I was informed that the trip could be cancelled and that a full refund would be provided. Based on this, I agreed to cancel the trip.
To date, €3,600 has been refunded. However, the remaining balance of €2,902 has been outstanding since June 2025, despite ongoing communication and multiple indications that payment would be completed.
This review reflects my personal experience based on my own records and communication. I hope this matter will be resolved promptly.
