Luke and team really helped me understand how my drinking was entwined and linked with past experiences (including my early years) in life. This helped me understand more about my triggers and what has kept me in the endless loop. The approach is broad and the various tools I now have in my tool box feel like a good base going forward. It's a fantastic programme and combined with the one on one counselling has helped me get to where I am now. A very big thank you to Luke and team!

It’s difficult to put into words how thankful I am that I found Luke. It was at a dark time and I was sure that my addictions would end up ruining my life, but felt powerless against them.
Luke not only looks at stopping the addiction, but more importantly goes right back to find what has led to it. Some of the realisations I’ve had during this journey have been groundbreaking for me.
I have recently attended a big event that I never ever thought I would be able to get through without slipping, but thanks to the tools and techniques Luke has taught me, I not only got through the event but had the time of my life without even being tempted to slip into my old habits. Six months ago I would’ve thought that impossible.
I will continue my journey with Luke as my counsellor. His friendly approach to the sessions make them something I look forward to and not something I have to do.
I really can’t thank Luke enough, the work I have done on myself through him has been life changing.

I came across luke on google when I realised I needed help with my alcohol addiction, he has taught me positive methods to control my cravings and addiction. Before starting the course life wasn’t the greatest for me, drinking every day, a very repetitive life. Since I’ve stopped drinking, life has a much more positive meaning, I can see a future for myself and my young family. I owe a lot of this success to Luke and his sessions. I can’t recommend Luke enough for what he has helped me achieve.

I joint Lisa inside addiction due to binge drinking and not knowing when to stop drinking once I start. I was in a low place when Luke contacted me and I signed up for the alcohol control program and 1 to 1 sessions with Luke. It has been the best thing I could have ever done, I’m now 6 weeks sober and have a complete different outlook on life. Luke has been absolutely amazing! He has gave me many techniques, one of which has taught me how to control intrusive thoughts which I struggled with. Since talking to Luke everyone has seen such a positive effect on me. I cannot recommend him enough, we’ve spoke about a lot of deep stuff but also laughed at past experiences. The program has shown me my triggers and how to deal with them. Highly recommended!

I had previously tried all sorts of counselling with limited results but this programme really worked for me. It was a safe, open and honest environment with someone who had the experience and empathy to guide you through. I cannot thank Luke enough for the help and guidance he has given me. As scared as I was to start the program, I instantly felt a connection as Luke is such a genuine bloke. I felt it very easy to be open and honest from the get go. Not once did I feel like I was being judged, which I think was most of my fears in the beginning.
Most therapists I searched appear to have text book experiences, but Luke's been there and done it all which meant we could laugh about some of the stories we both had.

After exhausting many other routes of treatment my family and I found Luke at Lisa Inside Addiction at the perfect time. At this point I found myself completely lost and overwhelmed with life and was finding it difficult to engage with treatment. Off the bat Luke was someone that I found to be very personable and also trustworthy, and he seemed to truly care about my rehabilitation. Due to this I was able to engage fully with his teachings and I saw rapid success. Luke's knowledge of addiction and therefore my exact thoughts during the process was very helpful as he was always two steps ahead and had great insights and advice.
The twelve week program was beneficial and continued building every week, and each lesson had real life teachings and solutions that are easy to follow and apply. Through my lessons with Luke I now know of efficient strategies that can be applied for the rest of my life.
I recommend Luke to anyone struggling with addiction that really wants to change their life around through eduction and support.

I don’t know where to start…. Luke is amazing he saved my life he picked me up when I was rock bottom and has got me to where I am today completing the 12 week program and unchaining myself from my addiction. The tools I have learnt over the past 12 weeks have made me the person I am now, these tools I have learnt will stick with me through life and help me in day to day life. Luke made me realise that life is amazing, he saved my relationship with my partner and my family, he is so supportive and in every single attribute, his attention to detail in every session is amazing. Luke has been amazing. He was exactly what I was looking for in a therapist, someone that I could talk openly with and on the same level. Sometimes we would work through exercises and other times we would just chat about what was going on. I have not had a drink in 4 months and with a bit of hard work from myself and awesome support from Luke here's to the next 4 and many more after :-)

Luke is a wonderful counsellor calm and empathetic. He really helped me work through a lot of my unresolved issues with myself. I cannot recommend him highly enough, my quality of life has improved greatly.

I came to Luke and Lisa Inside Addiction, after trying other therapies (1:1 and group). This was the first time I actually felt like the therapist was engaged in my own personal feelings and experiences while offering pragmatic ways of dealing with addition and the factors behind it.

I write this review, just under 7 months clean and feel stronger and with the most will power I have ever experienced. I truly believe that Luke has done something different which has actually worked.
