This company is an absolute nightmare—hands down the worst vendor I've ever dealt with in 15+ years of running my real estate business. I signed up for their $650/month CRM Suite, expecting professional tools to streamline operations. Instead, they hijacked my domain's DNS without my knowledge or consent, rerouting my email setup and causing every single message to Gmail addresses to land in spam folders. This tanked my client communications, lead follow-ups, and deal closures for months.
I reached out dozens of times over 3 full months via chat, phone, and email—documenting every ticket, call log, and thread. Zero meaningful help, zero acknowledgment of the problem. Support reps ghosted me, gave scripted non-answers, or bounced me between departments. My assigned sales rep? Completely MIA—ignored multiple urgent voicemails and emails pleading for escalation.
Only after I threatened to cancel the contract did anyone bother responding. Even then, their "fix" was useless. The second I terminated service and migrated my DNS back to GoDaddy, the spam issue vanished within 48 hours—proving it was 100% their sabotage.
Now? They're refusing to honor the cancellation, demanding I continue paying for a service I can't use, and threatening collections and credit damage if I stop. They've already cost me thousands in lost business and endless frustration.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Horrible support, deceitful sales team, and predatory billing practices. If you value your business, sanity, and domain control, run far away from these scammers.

Formal Complaint Against Leads 360 / Inside Real Estate
Subject: Leads 360 Delivers Severely Subpar Lead Quality – Not Worth the Investment
I am formally submitting this complaint to document my experience with Leads 360, a lead generation platform marketed under Inside Real Estate’s Success Assurance and Concierge offerings.
🚩 Challenge 1: Sales Pitch Promises vs. Reality
Leads 360 strongly emphasized during the sales process that I would receive verified, contactable leads—complete with accurate phone numbers and email addresses—from individuals interested in buying homes in my selected markets. These leads, I was assured, would be screened by a "Concierge" team who would live-transfer qualified leads or follow up via email if contact couldn't be made.
The promise sounded compelling, but the execution failed spectacularly.
📉 The Data Tells the Real Story
Out of 367 leads delivered:
• 67 leads were not even based in the United States
• 184 leads were missing phone numbers entirely
• The remaining 183 leads had phone numbers, but 90% were fake, landlines, or VOIP numbers traced to offshore locations
• Email open rate was below 5%
• I had only two actual conversations, both with individuals uninterested in purchasing—a renter in Florida and someone in the middle of a personal crisis
To date, zero leads have progressed to a showing or home tour, let alone a sale.
📞 My Follow-Up Efforts
This was not due to a lack of initiative. My lead follow-up process was comprehensive:
1. Immediate voice calls (when numbers existed)
2. Text messages (when opt-ins were in place)
3. Video emails via BombBomb for personal outreach
4. Custom-curated email lists with local market data and alternative homes
I executed a 90%+ outreach rate—far above industry norms—and followed all recommended practices.
🧮 Conversion Rate: ZERO
Despite being told by my client coordinator that a 1–7% conversion rate was expected, I have not seen a single conversion. Even a conservative 1% conversion rate should have yielded at least 3–4 clients to offset the program cost. Instead, my ROI is -100%.

I qualified in January, and despite over 10 open houses and extensive proactive marketing (including YouTube, video marketing, and local branding), I have not seen a single sale attributed to this program.

I urge other agents to think twice before committing to this service. Until Leads 360/Inside Real Estate aligns their product with their promises, this program remains an overpriced, low-return gamble at best—and a predatory scam at worst.

I do not recommend Boldtrail. The leads were terrible quality — mostly from social media ads and not serious buyers or sellers. In 10 months, I only closed 1 deal. I had a 12-month contract, spent thousands of dollars, and even paid extra for their concierge service to help convert leads — which turned out to be a complete joke.

When my broker chose not to renew (because none of the agents were satisfied either), Boldtrail cut off my access with no warning — taking away my website, all my leads, and contact info. Now they’re trying to charge me $200 just to access the leads I already paid for.

This is completely wrong and unethical business practice. Agents, do not waste your money! Stay away!

Really disappointed with this service. The platform is buggy and confusing, and getting any real support is nearly impossible. Wouldn’t recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I was misled about when my issue would be resolved, and every time I call, I’m given more false information. I’ve been told that certain departments don’t even have phone numbers, and attempts to reach a supervisor are met with empty promises of a callback that never happens.

What’s even more disappointing is that the representative in sales ran an incredibly convincing campaign, making it seem like this company was top-notch—but that couldn’t be further from the truth. To make matters worse, the platform itself is confusing, and there’s absolutely no support available to help navigate it.

Save yourself the frustration—I wish I had.

Stay away from this company. They will charge you even after you cancel your service.

Horrible company! No support! They are very slow to get back to you about issues. Even simple tasks like exporting some contacts does not work many times. There other tools are buggy and many times do not work either. I used their full solution for the Brokerage which is now branded as Bold Trail and Bold Office. I cannot say enough about how bad this product is...not to also mention out website down numerous times, and one time for 3 full days and no one helping until I threatened to stop paying because they were breaching the contract. Really BEWARE! Lone Wolf or Lofty way better options.

I want to express my continued frustration regarding the service. It has been a complete waste of time and money due to the lack of a proper system to validate contacts before assigning them to agents. Despite claims of significant investment in developing your system, the results are far from acceptable.

The leads provided are often irrelevant or outright inaccurate, leading to wasted effort and resources on follow-ups that go nowhere. Even more troubling is the fact that existing customer information appears to be recycled and sold as new leads to other agents. This practice is not only unethical but also diminishes the credibility of your platform.

It’s disappointing to see such issues, especially when your service promises much more. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work towards rectifying these shortcomings to ensure fairness and value for your clients

There is no one that answers the phone or returns messages. Takes days for replies to emails. Not good in real estate to not get replies for tech support or accounting! Very frustrating to say the least! Multiple days, calls and emails. ChatBot doesnt work either - they escalated it and it still is in limbo. CS said its not them but the other department which apparently no one in the company can get to them directly. Lessons being learned on our side the hard way!

We were not happy with our website and our leads were not good. Several tries to get out of my contract and they are still sending fake leads and they haven’t hosted my site in months. They are charging me for nothing. I will take this further.

This company is the worst for lead generation. Buyer BEWARE!!! Terrible leads, locks you into a contract without letting you know they put you into a year long contract and there is NO QUALITY LEADS OR SERVICE. I was told I should expect a certain amount of leads per month which I didn't even receive a quarter of. Majority without contact information to even reach out to them and when they asked me for a specific type of lead and what I was paying I got the exact opposite. They don't call, emails were bounced back until I cancelled my credit card. They are frauds when it comes to their lead generation. I'm so upset and regret ever being sucked in by their over friendly sales person who literally acts like a best friend and working for a the best interest of no one except doing a sale. I have been taken. YUCK

I signed up for two different widgets on my EXP website. One cost $5.23 and one was $15.68 and this was a monthly fee. Suddenly, I started noticing that they were charging me each of those fees times three ! months after months of charges. I wrote them and asked to cancel. I wrote them and begged them to credit me which they finally credited and be back for one whole month. When I add up all the extra charges it’s over $500.
When you try to call them, they will never answer. My credit card company spoke to them and they tried to say that I had re-ordered those same widgets when I never did and it doesn’t do anything to have extra ones you only would have one per site anyway !
They always would respond with these emails that it was my fault and that they would not reimburse me anymore. They never canceled it and I finally just canceled the card to get a new number because I’m driven so crazy by these terrible rip off people.
I’m gonna go to KV core and complain to them about this company and their unethical practices next.

The technical team along with the billing department in addition to the upper management are totally unprofessional, disgusting and disrespectful.
Unfortunately my experience with them is not pleasant .

Horrible lead generation and customer service
I purchased Inside Real Estate's Managed Google Leads, SmartSocial Leads, and concierge service.

They continuously under perform in lead volume. Continuously send me leads that are not at all what we agreed to. And suggest that if I want more leads to go work in more cities, rather than just send me the number of leads that they suggested they could send when I first signed the contract.
The concierge team is a glorified smart campaign. If you can call someone twice in two days and then leave them on a smart campaign then you've done as much work as the concierge service.
If you want out of the contract for how poorly they perform, they want 2 months of pay.
This company has treated me so poorly that I have an active BBB Complaint going on with them. If you're looking for high quality marketing, avoid this company at all costs.

BUYER BEWARE. I've managed technology vendors for real estate brokerages for over 17 years, including a few years working for one. THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE WORST VENDOR I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. The system is constantly broken, plagued with bugs and issues galore, and new problems appear every week. What's worse than that is the horrendous customer service and technical support, lack of accountability, and utter lack of any sense of urgency regarding fixing these issues that impact brokerage's and agent's ability to conduct their business. Issues we reported a year ago still aren't fixed. The lack of urgency and accountability is shared even by their upper-level management team. PLEASE think twice before giving them your hard-earned money. It would be a huge mistake.

Inside Real Estate/kvcore as promised when i signed up, I would get leads the day the website launched, I was told no I had to pay $750 additional to get leads I started to email the sales rep about the situation with no response immediately I withdraw my contract with them through the realtors board after they charged me 676 I didn't used their service I cancelled immediately plus they guaranteed 60 days' notice which they don't uphold now they threatening me with collection agency my thing is how can a company gets away with scamming people stay far away from this company. I also reported them to my state attorney general.

They get it 1 because their product is technically great but unfortunately, if you have a problem, you are in big trouble because they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any company in my life and I am a very experienced individual. They will literally push every question and problem to somebody else and the simplest question can take a minimum of 3 to 4 days to get a response after about 30 emails something that should just take 10 seconds, they are rude about it and do not care about any concern you bring to their attention. They even tried billing me when they were having a glitch for three months on my system and it was not working, but they expected me to pay.

I want to alert everyone here to be cautious with this company. I experienced misleading sales tactics that led to payment without any fulfillment of services. They lack proper customer support—no contact numbers, only direct communication with the same salesperson who continues to misrepresent the company's offerings.

After purchasing a product online, I was informed the next day that it was discontinued and was pressured into accepting an alternative that involved sending out postcards—a service I find questionable. It seems once they have your payment, they push products that don't deliver as promised.

Please be wary of any assurances from this company!

I strongly advise against signing up with them unless you enjoy being consistently ignored for extended periods when you need essential assistance.
Their understaffing issues are beyond problematic, to the point where it severely hampers the quality of service they provide. It's evident that they are not trained to full capacity and the level of unprofessional is unreal. I filed a BBB complaint and they provided false information saying that I chatting with someone over several months when clearly the only time that I was able to reach anyone was 11 weeks after I was established and the chats were mainly with the same agent on the same day which consisted of 3 multiple conversations during the same time period. Then someone call me the same day as the complaint was filed and informed Better Business Bureau that they returned my call but I did not answer. When I never called any one on that day. Scammers!!
What troubles me most is their apparent greed in taking on more brokerages and clients than they can reasonably service. Unfortunately, they have neglected the critical aspect on honesty,integrity, and loyalty to consumers. Inside Real Estate's service has been a massive letdown, characterized by poor responsiveness, understaffing, and a lack of knowledge and consideration for their clients. I strongly recommend exploring alternative CRM options, as my experience has been far from acceptable.

Wish I could give this crooked company negative points. Sub par platform, HORRIBLE customer service (and that's when you can actually reach someone), and ridiculously over priced. I keep teying to cancel the account but they won't. One person says okay your acoount will end on this date...and then they just keep billing you. Theyve killed 3 business relationships by over charging my vendors. This company is just absolutely crooked. Great sales pitch, but they do not deliver anything they promised...and charge you twice the industry standard for it.
