I cannot recommend Claire highly enough. She is knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about the families she supports.

We originally went to Claire for counselling support, but she helped us recognise that there may be wider needs to explore, including possible ADHD traits and sensory needs. She explained things clearly and gave us the confidence to ask for the right support.

What really stood out was that her support didn't end when the session finished. Afterwards, she sent us helpful information, observations and suggested next steps, including services we could contact locally.

That extra support made a huge difference. It helped us go back to school, ask for extra help and request the right referrals. For the first time in a long time, it felt like there was light at the end of the tunnel.

I would definitely recommend Claire to any family looking for guidance and support, especially around SEN. She truly goes above and beyond.

Claire provides a calming environment which allows you to feel comfortable when expressing emotions to her. she is reliable and grounded and always has a way to solve any troubles you may have going on in life. she articulates herself really well and always has the best advice. The sessions were really useful to me , Claire was always helpful at making my child feel welcome during the sessions by having a room that’s calming and always having resources such as crayons and fidgets to make sure my child is relaxed. Would definitely recommend, really helped my child understand their feelings and creating a safe space for them to talk about things.

Our counsellor made us feel very comfortable and was easy to talk to about our issues and felt listen to and really understood our issues, was given great information and strategies and asked questions and answered our questions with useful information. She also committed with the school and made sure they got the right support in place, explained to us about the young persons diagnosis and what it meant for them and helped them to understand why the act and think and behave in a certain way. Me and the young persons felt very comfortable around our counsellor and in our sessions and is a quick responder,The room has a relaxing calming feel and is easy to access the sessions online.

I’ve struggled so much with my mental health and the first time I met with Claire was the day I finally found peace. Not only does Claire make you feel calm, but she’s supportive and provides a great ear to talk to without judgement. I have always felt weary of therapy, but Claire has been the best person to have met for both myself and my mental health. 100000% recommend Claire if you’re thinking of trying therapy.
