Really a bad experience. I needed a test for my doctor and theapy.
And then I today saw I have been played. In to a membership, without a count. And My bank told be to tjekk trustpilot first. When I watch trustpilot it had 5 stars. From the one before. This is corrupt og manipulative. I give them no stars. But I have to give them one!

They advertise as free on Google, then try and get you to pay something right after they get your email. Nasty practices, you can report them on Google by clicking the three dots and make them lose their high, undeserved Google rank

Waste of time
I found it in google and participate in Value Finding Test. It was written on website its free. But after spending my 15 minutes on test and providing answers of 50 questions. For report they were asking for card and payment details. I dont have card and i dont want to take subscription. But without it, they cannot provide me report. What a waste of time. Playimg with emotions of people and making money. What a business.

I would put -10 starts if I could. I’ve had the exact same experience as many others. I signed up thinking it was just a £1.99 trial for a quick test, only to discover I’d been charged £29.95 twice without any warning. No confirmation emails, no subscription notice, just quietly taking money from my card. As many people have experienced this, it's obvious this is deliberately misleading.
I will try to raise this with my bank and with Action Fraud, as another reviewer has mentioned doing.

I agree that this site is a scam! I paid the $1.95 for the 14 day trial and then tried to cancel. But they still charged me $29.95 after the free trial ended. Tried to cancel again and can't get the site to let me cancel. I have sent MULTIPLE emails to the company asking them to cancel it and refund the charge on my card and they haven't even responded. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFO! $1.95 for a trial isn't a bad deal, but they will never stop charging you and don't respond when you try to get them to stop. I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my CC company and get a new card number so I stop getting charged.

SCAM - do not give this site your payment details
Like many others here, signed up for what I thought was a £1.95 trail to do a test, only to find I have subsequently been charged £29.95 for two months in a row. No emails to confirm a subscription or payment, just exploiting and stealing my credit card details. I encourage anyone tempted by the positive reviews on here to notice that they come from people who have written no other reviews. My bank advised me to lodge a credit card dispute. They also asked me to log it with Action Fraud (can easily find it online but this site won't let me post a URL) who can shut sites like this down, so please do the same if you have been scammed by this company.
UPDATE - my credit card company has successfully pulled back this money as they could see it was clearly taken fraudulently. So if you have been scammed speak to your credit card company and lodge a dispute,

No notification on being billed.
Signed up for a 14 day trial and didn't think any more of it. Added my card to get the results from some of the tests. Rushed through everything and havn't been on the site since.
Was looking through my bank statement and noticed that I have been billed 3 times with no notification from insightfull with invoice/receipt or anything.

The Website stated that it was a one time payment of 1.99.
A month later they took 29.99 out of my account. Even if you pay for a monthly subscription it is only 15.99.
This company is a scam do not buy any service or test from them.
