I ordered a hat my husband requested off of Facebook for a Christmas present. I received a slip from the post office that I would need to come pick the item up at the request of the customer. I did not request this. When I presented the slip I was told that this is a new hack that companies are doing mostly on social media sites where customers pay for an item AND shipping and then the sending company does not pay shipping, creating a need for the customer to pay for shipping costs again. I originally paid the company via PayPal $29.93 ($18.99 for hat, .95 for shipping insurance and $9.99 shipping) then was informed at the post office I would need to pay an additional $8.90 for shipping in order to get my order.

Ordered two mitts that were to remove pet hair and finally received product after two months. Product arrived and was not as advertised. Reached out to them and after a few emails they said they would give me $2 as compensation for an order that cost me over $35. Just another scam organization ...

AVOID PLACING ANY ORDERS THROUGH OR FROM THAT SITE. THIS SUPPOSED FLOWER SEED SALES OPERATION AND THEIR SUPPOSED ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION EMAILS ARE A SCAM AND A TOTAL RIPOFF. I never received my order for climbing roses seeds. An email that I received from them had stated that my order had been left on my doorstep on one certain date. I then checked their package tracking link. It showed that my order had been left on my doorstep on a completely different date. I AM A RETIRED SENIOR CITIZEN. NO ORDER FROM THEM WAS EVER LEFT ON MY DOORSTEP OR WAS EVER RECEIVED BY ME FROM THEM.

My experience is similar to Mehdi’s, and they don’t respond to email requests for updates. I placed an order for climbing rose seeds after seeing their beautiful ad on Facebook. However, they didn’t tell you the order would come from abroad or they would charge you tariffs in the order confirmation. Their tracking system said my order cleared at the customs on June 2, and it arrived at their shipping partner’s facility on June 4. The last update their tracking system gave was on June 11, when the package reached Las Vegas. You would think it should reach anywhere from Vegas on the continent within two weeks even if they use the slowest ground service, but No! No more updates, no delivery and no explanation! Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had! Don’t do business with them!!

[VERY] Large order of seeds and some cheap cleaning items.
Order placed 20 May 25.
Order confirmation received, followed by shipping details.
New email received, with new shipping details. Ok, fair enough.
Package arrives 27 May 25, vide the new shipping details; only 3 of the 4 cleaning items within.
Utilise emails, links, website etc, to verify order and shipping; order shows only 1x package, the new shipping details, delivered. Search using original shipping details, no records found.
Emailed support@, advising the issues, and requesting information. Multiple emails later, passive refusal to answer:
- why the 1st shipping details are no longer valid,
- why the order only shows 1x package (delivered)
- what the [new?] shipping details for the 2nd package is.
Several hundred dollars gone...

first, when I ordered some flower seeds to sow a month ago and they charged tariffs without my authorization which I had to contest it ang refunded, 2nd, I did not receive it yet and a tracking system tells me it is in US for the last 18 days, 3rd, I've bee overcharged comparing to local deals that I didn't know then, so be aware and search more.
