The reviews on trust pilot made me very skeptical but my order arrived in only 8 days in perfect quality.

Returned item with tracking because they sent the wrong item, no refund after 3 months. Signed for by Lucy. Look at the 50 other reviews, this company is a FRAUD.

I ordered a pair of pants over a month ago, and they haven't shipped them to me. I received a tracking number that ended up never showing shipped, and on DHL's website the tracking number showed that the pants were never truly shipped out and were returned to sender. I've been following up with them for weeks and they keep saying they are waiting for the pants to come back to the warehouse instead of simply shipping me out a new pair. This place is either very poorly managed or a complete scam.

Took them 3 months to deliver my order due to it being “out of stock” AFTER the order was placed but not when it was purchased.
Edit: The hoodie I purchased was indeed nice tho.

It’s legit they ship, pants are nice but thin, hoodies are awful, worst purchase

They sent the wrong item charged me $15 to return it and another $20 for shipping. For THEIR mistake. What a bunch of scammers

Product ordered early in December 2025 but never shipped. No responses to emails/contact. Zero stars really. Avoid.

I’d give 0 stars if I could since I never received my item. I ordered a beanie in November for my son for Christmas. I reached out countless times to customer service for an update on shipping. I was ignored repeatedly. There is no phone number to contact them. When I finally got a reply two months later that they would ship my item, I received a completely different item. And one that is unusable. I also left two reviews thinking maybe that’d would get someone’s attention. But of course those reviews are t posted. Do not order from this store. They will happily take your money then disappear.

I ordered a pair of jeans and a hoodie on the 9th of December last year and it took up until now to receive my package. For the first ~2 weeks I received no updates on tracking or shipping and had to send the company countless messages asking for support. Once they finally got through to me, I was told my address information was incorrect. Even after supplying the correct information I had to wait longer and send more emails until my clothes were finally shipped. I will give them the benefit of the doubt since it was the holiday times but by the time my jeans shipped, the ones I ordered were out of stock and I had to choose a new pair. Not a big deal as I found a pair that I liked more so I swapped them out. Upon arrival I am HEAVILY let down by the quality of the products, the jeans feel 2 sizes too small, are missing the top button (no clue where it is) and the only redeeming quality is that they look somewhat decent. The hoodie was instantly thrown into the wash due to an extreme chemical smell, the print quality is middling at best and general quality of the garments is subpar for what I paid. I wish I had a better experience with this "brand" but until they better their quality and buyer experience I advise that everyone avoids them.

Literally did not ship anything for WEEKS then I had to contact them myself at least 3 times with a different ‘reason’ provided from them each time. It’s been like 8 weeks I have not received anything, and I am strongly strongly considering just filing a charge back with my bank. Actually ridiculous, DO NOT BUY.

Absolute disgraceful service. My grandson ordered a jacket which was delivered to the wrong address. He has tracking proof of the delivery, we have been trying to get a refund or replacement since mid December. They just keep fobbing us off, saying they are contacting the courier.
Do yourself a favour and give this company a very wide berth.

Tried to exchange a tshirt for a larger size. Emailed with customer service "Lara" at LEAST 5x to get a return shipping label. She emailed me back 2x, after a few days in between my emails asking where the return label was, saying "just emailed to you" but I never received the shipping label ....so maddening. So glad I only purchased a tshirt and not a more expensive item.

They scammed me… I bought a hoodie on Dec 2nd 2025, it is now Dec 18 2025…. It says it’s on its way within 5-7 business days. But I haven’t heard any updates on where my parcel even is or when it is expected. SAVE your money!!

I bought zip up hoodie color white on photos but the hoodie looks beige, isn’t heavyweight (rather cheap material, the printing and rhinestones are pretty good). Their Longsleeve hem doesn’t exist so the bottom rolls up and it annoys me. wrong denim sizing. They although sent me 2 packages by mistake so I have another pair of clothes lmao so idk I might sell them for profit

The package was delivered correctly in short time despite coming from the US to Europe, the quality of the hoodie is not that good, not the worst polyester but it's not heavy at all and a bit overpriced.

I ordered jeans and they came in a week, looks just like the pic, i’d reccomend sizing up tho if u want baggy, but its perfect fit if u just order your actual size.

I’ve gotten a lot of decent clothing from this website. Everything seemed legit the first few times I ordered, however the last time I ordered from them, I ordered a hoodie “dagger hoodie”. On there site and instagram, the picture of the hoodie they show vs the one I got are two completely different hoodies. I’m not ever one to complain either but keep in mind this hoodie is 100 dollars. It’s not cheap and I expect to get what I order if I’m paying as much as I am. The original hoodie has a white wash around the entire hoodie. Which is the whole reason I ordered it to begin with. When I received it. There was literally no white wash on it at all. It was just a plain black hoodie. If I could show pictures here I would. I contacted them threw email to try to Atleast get a return on the product if anything at all. They emailed me back asking for more pictures. I sent them and then they ghosted me. I reached out again with no luck. Just be careful if you are gonna order from here. I’d recomend the jeans. But after that experience that’s about it.

Update:
They finally reached out threw email. They sent me a return link. However. They purposely waited until my return window had past to send me the return email. The last email i had sent them was October 14th my return window closed on the 19th. So I’m pretty sure they waited on purpose so that I couldn’t return the item. They waited 7 days to finally send me a return email they knew wouldn’t be accepted.

Scammers. I returned my items and never received a refund, very dodgy business do not support it.

I ordered a pair of pants on August 31 and so far (September 16) I have not received any news despite having asked what was happening with my order, scam web
