Krista was amazing !! She explained everything so well, made me feel very comfortable and confident about using the APAP machine.

I am really glad that kingston has a napanee office which saved us a busy day. there was no pressure on getting a apap machine . after lots of frustration from other suppliers in newmarket I walked into InspiAir on davis dr and had to wait a few minutes. A young lady approached and asked how can I help, I told her I needed a strap for my nasel mask. I got one and then she suggested I buy the complete mask it would be cheeper going through my insurance. She told me it should be changed twice a year because of bacteria build up even with washing. I have been having sinus problems and this was the cause.No other business had taking the time to tell me this.It was a great experince and made my day Thanks to Kim. God Bless (ps I will be a permanent customer With InspriAir ).

Friendly and very accommodating staff in Leslie location.

I have been using your oxygen machine device for a year (both in home and the portable pack. Your service is absolutely great.
I am bed bound at the moment. I needed a new c-pap machine. They were able to fulfill my request for my prescription, and have the new machine and mask delivered and fitted at my bedside.
This was all accomplished within a few days.
I will be recommending I know needing oxygen/breathing equipment.
