Isabella was very helpful and patient despite numerous requests from us. Really competitive prices too.
And it was also great being able to store our appliances with IDK for three months while our house was built.

We started looking for a hob nearly a year ago when planning our new kitchen and made a web enquiry and had a few emails back and forth with Ed. He wasn't pushy at all but kept in touch every couple of months to see how we were progressing.
Ed was very welcoming when my husband asked if he could call into the showroom to have a look and because of his kindness, and patience, we decided to buy the Bora X Pure in Matt. We phoned up to order and it was with us the next morning by dedicated courier. Can't fault the service and very grateful to Ed for all of his help. Would highly recommend this company.

I had first class service, Ed is very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable from the first contact to the delivery day , always there to answer any enquiries.

Inspired Design Kitchens offered the best price at the time of ordering my appliances. They researched the products I wanted giving me help and guidance with specifications of various manufactures models and stored my appliances until I was ready and delivery came directly to me in London, on a truck from IDK in Leeds free of charge.
Two way communication was really easy with direct line telephone conversations.
An all round 'first class' service from beginning to end.

After deciding that we needed to buy some new kitchen appliances, we had seen an advert on the TV advertising the Bora hob with extractor. Inspired design kitchens came up as a good supplier for not only Bora but other good quality makes. The guy that dealt with us from start to finish was named Ed. He was absolutely brilliant, not only with his product knowledge but going above and beyond on many occasions. I would definitely recommend this company they sell good quality appliances and the prices are very competitive. Ed made our experience very good even our electrician mentioned how impressed he was with the help that Ed gave him when we hit an installation problem!
Would definitely use this company again…

Having a cooker filter subscription takes the pain out of remembering to buy and replace it every year.

I get an email notification that my order is being shipped and a few days later it arrives, I replace the filter and hey presto I am good for another month.

Seamless and good value for money.

Ed was really helpful with our purchase of a BORA induction venting hob.
He provided us with lots of support & guidance.
We were given an option on delivery and the delivery driver was really helpful too.

Easy to order prompt reply very quick delivery
