I’ve been a subscriber for 2-ish months. The food is good. The ingredients are mostly fresh and the greens are usually a better quality than the mixed greens you get at the grocery store. But, like another reviewer has said, customer service is horrible/non-existent. I have emailed I believe four times now about issues (all delivery related) and not once have I received a reply nor has the issue been remedied (they don’t print the address line 2 on their labels so the delivery people don’t see it).
Food wise, I’ve recommended them to other people. But now that I’ve had to try to contact customer service and received zero reply or solutions, I will no longer be doing that.
