I had placed an order for the Darth Vader DualShock 4 for a replacement as my son had broke the previous one. The day after placing the order, the seller cancelled and relisted the item for £12 more than the original selling price, and after I had enquired to their customer service about this, replied ‘okay, thanks’.

Our timeline clearly shows a despatch notification containing tracking details were sent to you on the 9th Nov which was the day after you placed the order on the 8th.
